Do you guys remember when Georg Sharp came out of the blue months ago and tweeted that he has been offered several times to take over STWC but he didn’t take it because they won’t be current on time. I wonder if he would be willing to take it when it becomes pink current and they offer it once again to him.

ddineeniv: I wonder if there is a plan to merge Globex Extraction Services into stwc since Shawn Phillips is the general manager of that company. I don’t think stwc is in danger of delisting since Erin suspended her filing requirement last year when she filed form 15.

Im not going to put it out there. Frank was a special exception. LinkedIn is an easy way to communicate. Both Shaun and Erin are regulars there.

I have her cell number but only gave it to Frank to offer a buyout. She wasn't interested.

It appears no one has any contact with the ceo or old followers may have left. She filed for suspension of filing requirement a year ago so no filings. Ceo is the founder and majority shareholder so I don’t think she is just not going to not do anything with it. There was speculation at one point that she maybe in negotiations with Frank I. to take over the company but idk now.

It's exactly that. Everyone knew the new rules were coming. Now that the new rules are going into effect stop sign stocks have had their volumes cut off to basically foreign investors only.

Market is forward looking and why this has happened weeks in advance. Personally took all my capital out of stop signs weeks ago. The stops I did own were going to be pink current before the tda and etrade deadlines.

The market never waits until the day it's forward looking. Unfortunately on the sec September deadline stocks like this will get even worse when no bids can be given for then.

The market has changed and that means you must as well.
