I wish a few ppl would get together and start a pink sheet co. that would make its money buying stock in other pink sheet and BB co. now that would be a money maker.First we would need five ppl that have the money to start the co. then we the investors would buy the stock so the co. could buy the other companies stock so we could all make money and sometimes buyout other companies. And make boat loads of money so what would it cost..
EQUR is were the money is at

I wish all the ASSholes on ihub would keep their dam mouths shut
here it is simple pinks for the most part are crap but we still can make money on them
THIS IS ABOUT IGTP It is bad that no one is willing to let this Co that has just gone public try to grow. The CEO is trying to make this a better company and the shareholders more money. As he said these board's are full of crap. There are alot of bagholders/ longs that will sit here and watch this go up and down until one day it goes up and up and we make 5x's our investment.I'm bipolar and this is driving my nuts. but I will be here watching and waiting for day. I believe in Greg I have don't things in my past that were bad but I have grown up since then and believe I'm a better person so I say he has too. He does have a big ego! As he said he will not Pr about acquisition until after he has them. Saying he wants to do some is ok cause we already knew that. Now we wait and see as everything falls into place as this IGTP grows and we get our new symbol and hear more about the company I'm in up or down.
What I have come to KNOW here on IHUB is that the so called bashers are not trying to bash the stocks they are trying to tell new ppl the stocks are bad and 75 % are bad and alot are pumped by ppl on these broads so they can dump on the newbes most bashers were bagholders at one time and don't wait it to happen to others. As I have watched these board for the past 2 years when a stock has a run and the so called bashers show up you best sell out or you will be a bagholder. One day you may become like one of these pump & dumpers or a fair trader that helps others while your making a buck...
its ok i flipped tnri my first one in 2 years that i made money on
hmm, not trying to bust your chops but you should really not say its GOING to hit .002, as you see it only hit .0002 by friday.
but its your board, but im just saying. yes, i could have p/m this but you didnt like your board being too quiet so i thought i would come here and stir things up a bit.

by the way, a list such as this or the ones that i like best that i put it MY ibox.. you really have to keep up on it, or others can get really hurt.
it takes a lot of time and effort, so, this complete list that i have printed up beside me, gets constant changes, then i update it ever few days or so, and repost it.
so, if you are going to use this, you need to go through every lead now and then and see if its gotten better or worse.
otherwise, you may be best off just finding your own and im happy to compare notes with you.
ok, see ya later.. take care
i dont mind, really, i posted it for the world to see, but just post where you got it, thx.
good luck on your new board.
its so i could remember them sorry to offend you
and you should have shown the real meat, or they wont know what "ibox" leads are.. the complete list you stole from me, is showing the good, bad and ugly..
but the ibox has the best hottest leads for now.
so, read this..
my ibox..

(the hot list for .0001 stocks, is after all this babble, but just keep in mind, i have to say my reasoning for this first)
After dabbling in penny stocks since oct of 2005, , and still learning as I go, I have learned one thing. I can not trust anyone's leads but my own, and should have stuck with that plan. I did good with this original plan, and got lucky when I started, so I am going back to that logic.
I will continue to spend a few hours, here and there, finding and picking out my favorite .0001/.0002 stocks, that are ripe for buying at that pps. if they are a bit high, most come back down for us to buy again. i will leave that lead in the box if it bounces for us.
I know there is a similar board on ihub, but this is not about the upper .000's or .002's or .01's. this is about fighting back, hoping your buy at .0001 is as low as it can go, and will get at least a 100% profit back. I will do my best to post what I'm looking at or what I would get if I had the money or not, and why.
I will warn you now, I wont be worrying about the o/s, a/s, or what they do, etc. I will only be looking at the chart's recent pps in the area of .0001, that is at least hitting .0003, and if there is enough volume to support us if we do get in at .0001. Those who know me, know that I am down to a small amount of money. This is a good thing. It has forced me to break away, and find them on my own. All are more than welcome to comment, good or bad, on any of my picks. I try to peek at news quickly if i have time, or i will see what ihubbers are saying about my picks on that stocks topic. if you all see red flags on any of them, please, post about it in case i missed something like (r/s coming!). Just don't attack me, or other posters personally.
I will be doing my very best to make this works out for anyone that wants to play. You will NOT hear me say "hold this, to the moon, to penny land". These picks will be to get in, and get out. I am hoping that these picks could make us 50% to 150%.
At worst, we'll hope to be able to break even if it doesn't move and get back out at .0001. Now, lets make some money finally!!!!!! Gail (only1gail)
oh, and about stocks, what they do, the share structure, etc.. as long as it bounces for us, this little bunny says it all, hehe..........
THIS FORUM IS ABOUT GETTING IN AT .0001 AND OUT AT .0002 OR SO..... PLEASE DO NOT PAY .0002 FOR ANY LEAD HERE UNLESS IT IS ONE OF THE RARE ONES THAT A .0002 IS A SAFE BET, AND I WILL SAY IF THAT IS THE CASE. BUT MAKE SURE IT HAS NOT HIT .0001 SINCE I PUT IT IN THE IBOX AS IT MAY HIT .0001. IF SO, THEN WAIT FOR .0001!
oh, i better put this disclaimer..
buy and sell at your own risk, there is always a risk. good luck to all of us here. also, i hear its the wild west in this section but that im allowed to set rules for this particular board. wow, thats cool, cause I want us to have some fun too but just not clutter the board up too much, so here goes....
rules -
-no severe cursing, like the f words or racial comments, etc. -no personal attacks -no off topic such as posting other stocks that dont even fit the lower .000 topic or to just pump blindly. -some fun off topic is allowed but lets not let it get too out of control (as we know, big brother is also watching.. rrr) -------------------------------- ok, are those easy and fair enough to follow? take care and lets make stocks fun again!!!!!!!

*** I make sure they are not gray sheets fyi**

tlpe- nice chart, .0002 has been the low, but may go lower this time per the general downward movement. .0002 may be safe here, but save some for .0001! http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=webchart&btn=s_ok&ihsymbol=&ihpagelist=Quote&ihbtn=Get+Quote&symbol=USBB%3ATLPE&s_ok=OK&period=4&drawmode=3&size=19&volume=1

avnt- finally bounced enough for the ibox, but does have its dead days.. its worth it when it runs, as its running more often lately.. 0002 is the low all year. you decide. i worry about those that only hit .0002 for a low... but its was the low all year, look.. http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=webchart&btn=s_ok&ihsymbol=&ihpagelist=Quote&ihbtn=Get+Quote&symbol=USBB%3AAVNT&s_ok=OK&period=4&drawmode=3&size=19&volume=1
rnwf- low shares but not TOO low.. ih.advfn.com/p.php
pbls- people, gemerling found this some time back, i hated it, as it was/is a d/w spiral.. and noted in the "complete" list that i dont see a dead cat bounce.. however, it bounced nicely for a while now. ih.advfn.com/p.php
inbg- if you wait for .0001 you may get one or 2 nice flips. it ran from these levels about a year ago, but just wait for .0001. its falling overall. ih.advfn.com/p.php
irbl- a full pink (reporting). please wait for .0002 at the highest, and if you dabble, set some to buy at .0001. its low has been .0002 for a while, but hits .001!! so, i like it ih.advfn.com/p.php

Cellar Boxing - a game played by Market Makers when they get bored with pulling the wings off flies.
"There’s a form of the securities fraud known as naked short selling that is becoming very popular and lucrative to the market makers that practice it. It is known as “Cellar boxing” and it has to do with the fact that the NASD and the SEC had to arbitrarily set a minimum level at which a stock can trade. This level was set at $.0001 or one-one hundredth of a penny. This level is appropriately referred to as “the cellar”. This $.0001 level can be used as a "backstop" for all kinds of market maker and naked short selling manipulations.
“Cellar boxing” has been one of the security frauds du jour since 1999 when the market went to a “decimalization” basis. In the pre-decimalization days the minimum market spread for most stocks was set at 1/8th of a dollar and the market makers were guaranteed a healthy “spread”. Since decimalization came into effect, those one-eighth of a dollar spreads now are often only a penny as you can see in Microsoft’s quote throughout the day. Where did the unscrupulous MMs go to make up for all of this lost income? They headed "south" to the OTCBB and Pink Sheets where the protective effects from naked short selling like Rule 10-a, and NASD Rules 3350, 3360, and 3370 are nonexistent.
The unique aspect of needing an arbitrary “cellar” level is that the lowest possible incremental gain above this cellar level represents a 100% spread available to MMs making a market in these securities. When compared to the typical spread in Microsoft of perhaps four-tenths of 1%, this is pretty tempting territory. In fact, when the market is no bid to $.0001 offer there is theoretically an infinite spread.
In order to participate in “cellar boxing”, the MMs first need to pummel the price per share down to these levels. The lower they can force the share price, the larger are the percentage spreads to feed off of. This is easily done via garden variety naked short selling. In fact if the MM is large enough and has enough visibility of buy and sell orders as well as order flow, he can simultaneously be acting as the conduit for the sale of nonexistent shares through Canadian co-conspiring broker/dealers and their associates with his right hand at the same time that his left hand is naked short selling into every buy order that appears through its own proprietary accounts. The key here is to be a dominant enough of a MM to have visibility of these buy orders. This is referred to as "broker/dealer internalization" or naked short selling via "desking" which refers to the market makers trading desk. While the right hand is busy flooding the victim company's market with "counterfeit" shares that can be sold at any instant in time the left hand is nullifying any upward pressure in share price by neutralizing the demand for the securities. The net effect becomes no demonstrable demand for shares and a huge oversupply of shares which induces a downward spiral in share price.
In fact, until the "beefed up" version of Rule 3370 (Affirmative determination in writing of "borrowability" by settlement date) becomes effective, U.S. MMs have been "legally" processing naked short sale orders out of Canada and other offshore locations even though they and the clearing firms involved knew by history that these shares were in no way going to be delivered. The question that then begs to be asked is how "the system" can allow these obviously bogus sell orders to clear and settle. To find the answer to this one need look no further than to Addendum "C" to the Rules and Regulations of the NSCC subdivision of the DTCC. This gaping loophole allows the DTCC, which is basically the 11,000 b/ds and banks that we refer to as "Wall Street”, to borrow shares from those investors naive enough to hold these shares in "street name" at their brokerage firm. This amounts to about 95% of us. Theoretically, this “borrow” was designed to allow trades to clear and settle that involved LEGITIMATE 1 OR 2 DAY delays in delivery. This "borrow" is done unbeknownst to the investor that purchased the shares in question and amounts to probably the largest "conflict of interest" known to mankind. The question becomes would these investors knowingly loan, without compensation, their shares to those whose intent is to bankrupt their investment if they knew that the loan process was the key mechanism needed for the naked short sellers to effect their goal? Another question that arises is should the investor's b/d who just earned a commission and therefore owes its client a fiduciary duty of care, be acting as the intermediary in this loan process keeping in mind that this b/d is being paid the cash value of the shares being loaned as a means of collateralizing the loan, all unbeknownst to his client the purchaser.
An interesting phenomenon occurs at these "cellar" levels. Since NASD Rule 3370 allows MMs to legally naked short sell into markets characterized by a plethora of buy orders at a time when few sell orders are in existence, a MM can theoretically "legally" sit at the $.0001 level and sell nonexistent shares all day long because at no bid and $.0001 ask there is obviously a huge disparity between buy orders and sell orders. What tends to happen is that every time the share price tries to get off of the cellar floor and onto the first step of the stairway at $.0001 there is somebody there to step on the hands of the victim corporation's market.
Once a given micro cap corporation is “boxed in the cellar” it doesn’t have a whole lot of options to climb its way out of the cellar. One obvious option would be for it to reverse split its way out of the cellar but history has shown that these are counter-productive as the market capitalization typically gets hammered and the post split share price level starts heading back to its original pre-split level.
Another option would be to organize a sustained buying effort and muscle your way out of the cellar but typically there will, as if by magic, be a naked short sell order there to meet each and every buy order. Sometimes the shareholder base can muster up enough buying pressure to put the market at $.0001 bid and $.0002 offer for a limited amount of time. Later the market makers will typically pound the $.0001 bids with a blitzkrieg of selling to wipe out all of the bids and the market goes back to no bid and $.0001 offer. When the weak-kneed shareholders see this a few times they usually make up their mind to sell their shares the next time that a $.0001 bid appears and to get the heck out of Dodge. This phenomenon is referred to as “shaking the tree” for weak-kneed investors and it is very effective.
At times the market will go to $.0001 bid and $.0003 offer. This sets up a juicy 200% spread for the MMs and tends to dissuade any buyers from reaching up to the "lofty" level of $.0003. If a $.0002 bid should appear from a MM not "playing ball" with the unscrupulous MMs, it will be hit so quickly that Level 2 will never reveal the existence of the bid. The $.0001 bid at $.0003 offer market sets up a "stalemate" wherein market makers can leisurely enjoy the huge spreads while the victim company slowly dilutes itself to death by paying the monthly bills with "real" shares sold at incredibly low levels. Since all of these development-stage corporations have to pay their monthly bills, time becomes on the side of the naked short sellers.
At times it almost seems that the unscrupulous market makers are not actively trying to kill the victim corporation but instead want to milk the situation for as long of a period of time as possible and let the corporation die a slow death by dilution. The reality is that it is extremely easy to strip away 99% of a victim company’s share price or market cap and to keep the victim corporation “boxed“ in the cellar, but it really is difficult to kill a corporation especially after management and the shareholder base have figured out the game that is being played at their expense.
As the weeks and months go by the market makers make a fortune with these huge percentage spreads but the net aggregate naked short positions become astronomical from all of this activity. This leads to some apprehension amongst the co-conspiring MMs. The predicament they find themselves in is that they can’t even stop naked short selling into every buy order that appears because if they do the share price will gap and this will put tremendous pressures on net capital reserves for the MMs and margin maintenance requirements for the co-conspiring hedge funds and others operating out of the more than 13,000 naked short selling margin accounts set up in Canada. And of course covering the naked short position is out of the question since they can’t even stop the day-to-day naked short selling in the first place and you can't be covering at the same time you continue to naked short sell.
What typically happens in these situations is that the victim company has to massively dilute its share structure from the constant paying of the monthly burn rate with money received from the selling of “real” shares at artificially low levels. Then the goal of the naked short sellers is to point out to the investors, usually via paid “Internet bashers”, that with the, let’s say, 50 billion shares currently issued and outstanding, that this lousy company is not worth the $5 million market cap it is trading at, especially if it is just a shell company whose primary business plan was wiped out by the naked short sellers’ tortuous interference earlier on.
The truth of the matter is that the single biggest asset of these victim companies often becomes the astronomically large aggregate naked short position that has accumulated throughout the initial “bear raid” and also during the “cellar boxing” phase. The goal of the victim company now becomes to avoid the 3 main goals of the naked short sellers, namely: bankruptcy, a reverse split, or the forced signing of a death spiral convertible debenture out of desperation. As long as the victim company can continue to pay the monthly burn rate, then the game plan becomes to make some of the strategic moves that hundreds of victim companies have been forced into doing which includes name changes, CUSIP # changes, cancel/reissue procedures, dividend distributions, amending of by-laws and Articles of Corporation, etc. Nevada domiciled companies usually cancel all of their shares in the system, both real and fake, and force shareholders and their b/ds to PROVE the ownership of the old “real” shares before they get a new “real” share. Many also file their civil suits at this time also. This indirect forcing of hundreds of U.S. micro cap corporations to go through all of these extraneous hoops and hurdles as a means to survive, whether it be due to regulatory apathy or lack of resources, is probably one of the biggest black eyes the U.S. financial systems have ever sustained. In a perfect world it would be the regulators that periodically audit the “C” and “D” sub-accounts at the DTCC, the proprietary accounts of the MMs, clearing firms, and Canadian b/ds, and force the buy-in of counterfeit shares, many of which are hiding behind altered CUSIP #s, that are detected above the Rule 11830 guidelines for allowable “failed deliveries” of one half of 1% of the shares issued. U.S. micro cap corporations should not have to periodically “purge” their share structure of counterfeit electronic book entries but if the regulators will not do it then management has a fiduciary duty to do it.
A lot of management teams become overwhelmed with grief and guilt in regards to the huge increase in the number of shares issued and outstanding that have accumulated during their “watch”. The truth however is that as long as management made the proper corporate governance moves throughout this ordeal then a huge number of resultant shares issued and outstanding is unavoidable and often indicative of an astronomically high naked short position and is nothing to be ashamed of. These massive naked short positions need to be looked upon as huge assets that need to be developed. Hopefully the regulators will come to grips with the reality of naked short selling and tactics like "Cellar boxing" and quickly address this fraud that has decimated thousands of U.S. micro cap corporations and the tens of millions of U.S. investors therein." Effective Jan. 2, Scottrade is no longer offering physical stock certificates. This change has been made in response to an initiative by DTCC (The Depository Trust & Clearing Company) to eliminate physical certificates.
DTCC will discontinue the issuance of physical certificates for most securities on Jan. 9, and the remaining stocks will only be available in certificate form until July 2009. This is an SEC-approved, industry-wide change that will affect all investors regardless of the brokerage firm issuing the certificates.
After July 2009, the availability of physical stock certificates will be dependant upon the discretion of the issuing company, which may make them available exclusively through their Transfer Agent. For more information, you will need to contact the Transfer Agent directly.

Here is something what if about 50 ppl got together and bought a stock at about 200.00 each we would make a killing doing that
YES I KNOW LIKE E$E ONE THAT EMAILS PEEPS ON THIER EMAIL LIST SO HE AND OTHERS ON HIS BROAD CAN DUMP
THERE ARE TO MANY PUMPS HERE ON IHUB
Bashers how to tell if a board has bashers well they will talk bad about a stock even when the Co. prs thing that come true LOOK at TSHL the CEO is doing all he can to make the shareholders money he has done what he said he would do and the bashers pick everything apart some are paid and most where bagholders that lost and lost again
TSHL is doing ok so far with all the selling after each PR. RPDM just alittle Vol.and it moves with ease but now the MM wont sell no shares they are pretty much dried up
Anyone who tries to hard to slam or pump a stock in my experience has a personal agenda that is not for the well fare of other investors, but only in service of their own personally motives. That is one thing on this board you can trust.....people generally have a personal agenda, and it's not looking out for their fellow man, not when money is at stake long or short. Do your own DD, and live with your own decisions good or bad.
SOME PPL NEED A LIFE AS IN THE ONES THAT PUT DOWN GOOD COMPANIES THAT TRY TO MAKE MONEY FOR THEIR SHAREHOLDERS
IF YOUR BANNED FROM YOUR BOARD COME HERE IF BASH STAY OUT
The Wickenburg mine is legal and can be mined by TSHL.
TSHL's BuckShot claim(private patented claim) has filed a formal notification to BLM.
Since it is a private land, they can do whatever they want.
Also, their claim (BuckShot) is labeled active claim on the BLM portal.
It means it is being approved by federal govt. that TSHL can mine its private land.

READ THE FOLLOWING...
Stock-raising Homestead Act
Amendments in 1993 to the Stock-raising Homestead Act have materially changed the procedure
for locating mining claims on Federal minerals underlying such privately owned surface lands.
Lands patented under the Stock Raising Homestead Act require a formal notification
procedure to the surface owners(s) and the BLM prior to entry.
See 43 CFR 3833.1-2 and 43 CFR 3814 or contact the BLM Arizona State Office for further details.
Moratorium on Patenting Claims
Federal law provides for the patenting of a mining claim.
A patented claim is one in which the Federal government transfers title to the claimant.
The claimant has clear and absolute title to the claim and the claim maintenance fee or assessment work is not required.
In short, TSHL has already filed a formal notification to the BLM prior to entry. And everything is complience with the law.
I just don't understand why is it a that people like [mrtkmellone] and [overachiever ] can come onto a board and throw crap around and bash the hell out of a stock and say bad and mean things about the companies CEO and never hardly be deleted or banned but when others on the same broad take up for the company and CEO they get banned or post deleted. I know we have a tou but something is wrong here...........
News for 'TSHL' - (Tri-Star Holdings, Inc. Gold Mine, Dividend Update)
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, Nov 25, 2008 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Tri-Star Holdings,
Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TSHL) today released the following shareholder update and
address from President Anthony Mellone in response to inquiries following our
recent visit to the Wickenburg mine: On Thursday, Robert Chastain began training
improved technique in the way of the trammel's operation to increase yields and
processing efficiency. After increasing the water flow and decreasing the
overall pitch, we started seeing gold. Once the equipment was calibrated we
retrieved 1.4 grams of gold flakes and pieces out of one wheel barrel sample
that had previously been processed with no yields. To boost our processing, we
have begun digging a holding pond for water to be drawn on site. We also took
out a one-inch layer of black sand and gold dust we believe to contain as much
as 30% gold dust in the black sand. We estimate that we should retrieve one
ounce per ton of gold (let alone silver and platinum) to start with. Azrock
Mining should be processing upwards of 35 tons per day beginning this week with
our current scale of operation. Assuming that all runs smoothly and barring any
equipment delays, we should be able to maintain processing 35 tons a day,
generating at least $20,000.00 a day in gold recovery revenues for the first two
to three weeks ($140,000.00 producing seven days a week). We also anticipate the
arrival of additional equipment on site within a week that, if on schedule, will
boost our production to 100 tons a day. Production should reach full scale
operations at 200 tons processed per day within two months -- a major landmark
for the company.
We are now processing the video footage from the operations, and compiling
pictures of the extracted gold and plan to have this content posted on
www.tristargold.com by Wednesday. Additionally, all dividend shares have been
mailed out. Registered holders will receive them at their registered address,
and those held "in street name" will be received by the various financial
institutions. If you have any questions about your dividend shares, please begin
by inquiring with your broker.

WE ARE HERE TO HELP EACH OTHER OUT. BE BY GOOD STOCK PICKS OR TELLING WHICH STOCKS ARE BAD. AND THERE ARE ALOT OF BAD STOCKS OUT THERE. IF YOU KNOW OF STOCKS THAT ARE SCAM'S THEN PUT THEM ON HERE FOR ALL TO SEE AND TELL WHY THEY ARE SCAM'S ... IF YOU THINK A STOCK WILL MAKE A RUN PUT ON HERE... YOU NEWBE'S NEED TO DO YOUR DD ON THESE STOCKS... WHEN IN DOUBT WALK AWAY AND HOLD YOUR MONEY TIGHT... ALWAYS WATCH OUT FOR PUMPERS THEY WILL SUCK YOU INTO A STOCK SUPER FAST AND BE THE TIME YOU HAVE BOUGHT ALOT OF IT THEY WOULD HAVE SOLD OUT AND LEFT YOU HOLDING THE BAG THEN YOU BECOME A "BAGHOLDER" 20 GOLDEN RULES FOR TRADERS
Want to trade successfully? Just choose the good positions and avoid the bad ones. Poor trade selection takes a heavy toll as it bleeds your confidence and wallet. You face many crossroads during each market day. Without a system of discipline for your decision-making, impulse and emotion will undermine skills as you chase the wrong stocks at the worst times.
Many short-term players view trading as a form of gambling. Without planning or discipline, they throw money at the market. The occasional big score reinforces this easy money attitude but sets them up for ultimate failure. Without defensive rules, insiders easily feed off these losers and send them off to other hobbies.
Technical Analysis teaches traders to execute positions based on numbers, time and volume. This discipline forces traders to distance themselves from reckless gambling behavior. Through detached execution and solid risk management, short-term trading finally "works".
Markets echo similar patterns over and over again. The science of trend allows you to build systematic rules to play these repeating formations and avoid the chase:
1. Forget the news, remember the chart. You're not smart enough to know how news will affect price. The chart already knows the news is coming.
2. Buy the first pullback from a new high. Sell the first pullback from a new low. There's always a crowd that missed the first boat.
3. Buy at support, sell at resistance. Everyone sees the same thing and they're all just waiting to jump in the pool.
4. Short rallies not selloffs. When markets drop, shorts finally turn a profit and get ready to cover.
5. Don't buy up into a major moving average or sell down into one. See #3.
6. Don't chase momentum if you can't find the exit. Assume the market will reverse the minute you get in. If it's a long way to the door, you're in big trouble.
7. Exhaustion gaps get filled. Breakaway and continuation gaps don't. The old traders' wisdom is a lie. Trade in the direction of gap support whenever you can.
8. Trends test the point of last support/resistance. Enter here even if it hurts.
9. Trade with the TICK not against it. Don't be a hero. Go with the money flow.
10. If you have to look, it isn't there. Forget your college degree and trust your instincts.
11. Sell the second high, buy the second low. After sharp pullbacks, the first test of any high or low always runs into resistance. Look for the break on the third or fourth try.
12. The trend is your friend in the last hour. As volume cranks up at 3:00pm don't expect anyone to change the channel.
13. Avoid the open. They see YOU coming sucker
14. 1-2-3-Drop-Up. Look for downtrends to reverse after a top, two lower highs and a double bottom.
15. Bulls live above the 200 day, bears live below. Sellers eat up rallies below this key moving average line and buyers to come to the rescue above it.
16. Price has memory. What did price do the last time it hit a certain level? Chances are it will do it again.
17. Big volume kills moves. Climax blow-offs take both buyers and sellers out of the market and lead to sideways action.
18. Trends never turn on a dime. Reversals build slowly. The first sharp dip always finds buyers and the first sharp rise always finds sellers.
19. Bottoms take longer to form than tops. Fear acts more quickly than greed and causes stocks to drop from their own weight.
20. Beat the crowd in and out the door. You have to take their money before they take yours, period.
