Now, here I was thinking, a Recycling company? That's crap. Then I did a search on Integrity Recycling Inc. They are all over the place in the MidWest and East Coast. Still doing DD.

Now, I am in no way saying that this is a done deal R/M or even happening. For all I know INTE could have lost there number and Integrity could have just added that number, but it looks interesting, and with all the "rumors" going around about R/M's, this was has a tiny bit more substance to it. And is all speculation at this point.

No problem. I'm sure if I sent enough messeges out some old trader could point out an example or two. That example was from a stock promoter and I believe they were given a time frame, but you never know with the market.

As far as the merger, can't say. People mention mamma.com, but until a name, date, and price come out in a SEC filing, I won't get excited, as i've heard it all before, and only look at it as a possibility at this point.

Thanks for the banter - I have not witnessed any OTC or PK company being forced to buy back previously issued stock (and boy, I sure wish some of them would have been!!!!), and therefore am not sure on what needs to fall in place for that to happen (and, of course, IF a judgement against the old mgmt team does come in, how long can they drag their feet doing it - like 100 shares a year? I could certainly envision such a scenario

The emails posted on the VMHIF board (if genuine) seem to indicate that no further shares are being issued; I was wondering if the downtrend might be a last gasp before the recent ruling on delivering short sales takes effect.

The symbol is being talked up - one of their last PRs talked about a pending merger w/ an Internet technology company - any word or thoughts on that?

Depends on how the case works out.

"Typically, indemnification is not available to those who intentionally cause injury."

So, if it can be proved that they were diluting for personal gains, while intentially causing injury to the company stock with no regard to shareholders, it would not be that difficult I would assume.

Now, I have seen when stock promoters were forced by a judge to buy back stock on the open market. Stockster had to do that for MUME last fall "Though it was a PK stock and diluting the hell out of it, so it made no difference."

Now, IMHO, I don't see how the new management would be responsible for the old management selling there Restricted and now Cancelled shares.

Still waiting on a couple pieces to that puzzle though!

Those indemnification clauses are pretty standard for most employment contracts - even if the shares were declared illegal by a legal authority, how does it follow that the old management team has to buy them back, on the open market? What is the likelihood that VMHIF will have to buy those shares back instead?

Sooner. VMHIF Case is with the Lawyers now. When that PR hits about the old management having to buy back those illegaly sold shares on the open market, the single digits will be gone just from the amount of momo traders that will hit this IMHO.
