Funny, you should say that. I emailed him and asked him directly if he had anything to do with Ed/ Zach, this was his response:
Frank: I have no idea who Zack Morris is.  Sounds like a fake name copy of the kid from Saved By The Bell 90’s show.  You know I know a lot of people and never heard of the guy. I never knew the guys at Vinco Ventures, However SRM in its old form was purchased from Edison Nation which I believe was the prior name of Vinco?  I couldn’t pick out any of the people there if they were sitting next to me as I never met them.  That said you know my history of walking away from bad people no matter how big the cost was or is.  SRM was shown to me by Brian and he wanted to know if I could fix it as they had burned their factories by not paying them and there didn’t seem to be much life left in the business.  I love Disney and Universal, so the business caught my eye.  I looked at the numbers and knew it could work.  I went and hired 2 key people with 30 years each in the theme park merchandise business, One from Universal upper management and the other an entrepreneur who used to sell to her so I had both sides of the fence covered.  We rebuilt the relationships through 2021 and here we are 4 years later servicing Universal, Disney, Sea World and many other well known companies worldwide.  We are a growing business not without our ups and downs but ALL prior management and employees with the exception of a graphics designer in PA and two employees in Hong Kong who handle our shipping all of SRM is new faces with much more experience then they ever had.  We continue to grow as our newly built up design team is bad ass and we keep winning new business.  The business we win is great as it will last for many years but it takes about 18 months for new products from start to finish so it is more of a marathon than a sprint. Hopefully that answers a few questions.
