it is hard to believe that time flew by today. almost dec.22,2006
thank you and we will have lots to drill about. i hope it is for black gold and natural gas in wyoming or any state that is good for energy investments.
i didn't by a whole square there but got i/4 of a square. if they do i have surface rights. one well is worth $1,500 a month.
come on and drill one for the old gipper.
let's see i'm one that likes a good mixer every now and then.
monday night football. good for a 24 pk.[millers draft beer] and finished by the end of the game.
then i had to go to work the graveyard shift for 7 hrs. my work week was 32-1/2 hr. and paid for 40hrs. o.t. i took the company to the cleaners for overtime pay. at that time $37.50 per hr., double time and triple time after the 8 hour day.
then my company closed down in 1992 and i never worked another day since then. all is either free lance and just pure enjoyment with my family.
i'm an electrical engineer by trade and o.da.j.t. but i learned it well fast.

Real Estate > The cost here in our area varies > Construction still Strong > Where I live on lot sell for $50,000 > go another diredtion 25 miles & with no public water or sewer the price is $50,000 for less the 10 acres & then it's hard to sell > again depending on which drection whch you go > you go another direction & it Sells
taos is a great little mountain town. slowly changing.never seen a sky like it when you get a sunset goes off. when the moon rises behind mountain it is so big you feel like you can touch it.great ski mountain. some nutty interesting people.LOL
sante fe : expensive but neat old archetechture. alot of intellectuals . some from alamosa . probably no bargains left
los vegas : neat little layed back town. still inexpensive
that whole north east section into southern colorado is beautiful and relatively inexpesive. not easy to find jobs though
the bananna belt in coloado is also majic too . telluride durango silverton ect.
california did a big run here four years ago. saw the chnace where they come in as a group buyer. buy the homes or lease them out.
huge area bought by these california persons that knew az. was a real estate dream for profit.
hi bodacious, i appreciate you input. question?
i do like new mexico
is there any special town or city?
az seems to get alot of fallout from califonia. those people have no concept of inexpesive. im looking for whats not discovered. got into jacksonhole wy. before they chased out the cowboys . i worked there as a cowboy when i was a .kid and ended up buying a chunk there. ski mountain is the best. now you cannot find a bargain anywhere near there. i do like new mexico though. seems these days every things been discovered . too many damn people around now.LOL.. spend alot of time in the islands now . Baahamas have some neat hideaways great bonefish flats ect ect. got to sail there though or its like going to miami. if you discover the undiscovered let me know.
yuma county has voted in to take in almost all of yuma county and incorporate it with the city of yuma. yuma county is huge in acreage.
wellton,az. is going too. acres were cheap in 1999. now great big golf course going up and winter visitors golf everyday this winter season.
tacna is where a big brand new oil refinery is going to be started soon. acres there are big bucks now.
when we relocated here in az. land still was cheap per acre.
let's say in 2000 2 acres were going for $40,000
those same two acres are now poing for $180,000 in dec.,2006.
hi bodacious, thanx for being #1. great balls of fire.
new mexico? hmmm.
#msg-15623813
mick good luck with board. seems like a great concept !
Ill just throw out a quickie here. New Mexico : Part of it is a real Bargain , great weather , no ac need in mountains and nice winters. Land is cheap in some areas . got to be careful of water rights though and title searches a must because of american indian and old hispanic claims.
good look and will be checking periodically . Love cheap beautiful land !
