Real Estate > The cost here in our area varies > Construction still Strong > Where I live on lot sell for $50,000 > go another diredtion 25 miles & with no public water or sewer the price is $50,000 for less the 10 acres & then it's hard to sell > again depending on which drection whch you go > you go another direction & it Sells
