Reality, the pharmaceutical sales is not going to move this position very much until revenue reaches in the multi million dollar range.

I place my 3 plus million shares into a Roth because of Abbie.

If Abbie fly the stock flies.

With the pharmaceutical sales side actually looking like it is picking up the stock price should hold above these level going forward making it a very low risk to bet on Abbie success.

Well they owe 3 million in cash for it in about 8 months. They will have to sell alot of their non existant products to cover that.

ABBIE was acquired from CGA 369 for $10 million. The first payment of $6 million will be paid in 12 months from the effective date and will be a combination of $3 million cash and $3 million in restricted common stock.

Without cas9 crispr gene therapy FDA approval for any use ABBIE also had no useful purpose. That's changed now and the door's wide open for approval for other treatments. ABBIE improves the accuracy and efficacy of those treatments, is my understanding.

Before Abbie came to SOHM , ABBIE was considered a failure(could be as simple as too far ahead of its time). Look how long it took Stem cells therapy to become common medical practice.

In 1958 the French oncologist, Georges Mathé, performed the first stem cell transplantation of bone marrow grafts to save six nuclear researchers who were accidentally exposed to radiation

But lucky for ABBIE technology and medical practices are forever evolving.

All ABBIE has to do is get the right partner with the right name attached to that partner and the stock price will explode, without the need to ever market a product themselves.

Agiluar is fishing in the right ponds and only needs one fish to bite.

At this state credibility is more important then marketing.

I kind of made that point earlier this month. Legitimate investors with deep pockets will not take an OTC company seriously. Especially one that has alternate reporting standards (unaudited).

If SHMN goes it alone, the "up to 5 mil" funding they got won't cut it. Have to assume, because it's unclear from the financials, that they are spending a majority of that on 2 manufacturing facilities.

The other part of ABBIE and the goods to be sold is who is going to market them. No one knows SOHM exists. How will they penetrate the market? Marketing is not cheap.

Look at the volume it took to take this over a penny in a few years ago. People like to say this stock is thin, but in reality it is not. 1.27 Billion shares in the float. When it last ran, the OTC was in the midst of the biggest bull run it had every seen. That money volume is gone.

imo, others may disagree, the pps won't make any sustained move until a License deal is made, or Kits are sold. Those that invest in sub pennies aren't the same crowd that attends AACR, and the crowd that actually " invests " in sub pennies is small.

Those players want to see concrete proof that ABBIE is for real, will add millions in rev and really boost the profit line.

The other crowd that looks for runners to flip stays away from here due to lack of liquidity.They would rather play a diluting pig that at least gives them an opportunity to time a co dump or 10.

This is all so obvious to anyone who trades down here...

Speaking for myself (tho others may agree), this is one of those days where the Company needs to step up and (Hobby Lobby decision aside) do what is needed to at least sustain PPS and maintain or improve shareholder value.

One week after a presentation that *should* have marked a sea change in PPS, prices and volumes remain flat enough that a single trade worth $37.50 shortly after noon today caused an erosion of over $250,000 in market cap by close.

You cannot blame this on nefarious action - even our resident IHub basher. There is no reason (outside of the Company's failure to engage in serious public outreach) for this Company to close with only a couple of hundred dollars in trades (if that) during the course of a day. I've reached out to several people I know over the last few months, many of whom have thrown a few bucks in, but iHub members should not have to serve as the Company's IR department.

The Company must do more to engage potential investors. Period.
