The market cares about filings and Prs as those are the legal documents. The tweets are not legitimate and made for fantasy. He destroyed the credibility with many if not all loyal holders IMO. The Tim ing also is weird as we were about to breakout. Something really wrong...unfortunately not different from other pennies, same dilutions things...

People don't realized suddenly $100,000+ waited to buy up all the panic. Someone with 17M saw crash but dumb enough to think he could cash out by stacking ask. One had been out of snmn and tried to cause panic one Monday morning but didn't work. Now it works. I am buying. $10 million is $10 million and restrictions still apply

The savvy CEO issues manageable amounts of shares as a company grows, rather that issuing one massive amount at a set price, right before growth is expected

That is just pure stupidity... If the comany is in position to grow, they can raise more and more $$$ with less and less shares at it appreciates.

He is doing a great job of screwing himself and everyone involved. He needs to change the terms ASAP
