The savvy CEO issues manageable amounts of shares as a company grows, rather that issuing one massive amount at a set price, right before growth is expected

That is just pure stupidity... If the comany is in position to grow, they can raise more and more $$$ with less and less shares at it appreciates.

He is doing a great job of screwing himself and everyone involved. He needs to change the terms ASAP
