I know exactly why I watch SNMN board all day and would post late at night b/c I have investment in this. Just food for thought. I guess, if I wants to get my bid filled, then I would definitely spent my weekend trashing SNMN instead of spending time with my friends and looking for new tickers to invest in.


Out of all SNMN long, I am probably the only one that posted on other boards to spread the words aka pump. Troy and long just have zero clue on market awareness. Thursday that sure is some market awareness. With SNMN turning red, I would not post chart and such on other board. I only spread the words when I feel other buying in would be profitable. Now, it's 50/50, hence, I won't bother anyone and just risk it myself.

Look at the trade volume. People acting like this is a pump? This is probably one of those weird stock that gained 900% since July from 0008 to 0074 and had zero interest. Thursday was the first time it actually had interest. Unfortunately, wrong direction. Avg volume is 19Million a day. Some day it's at 5M. It's not like it's consistently doing 100M+ with $300K cash flow but PPS not moving up.

SNMN was actually the perfect retail controlled stock. If you have 10M, then you control SNMN. Put 10M on the ASK at 005 and it drop to 0042. Put 5M at 006 and you get your bid filled at 0055. Spread had been thin going up. Just juvenile to be coming to SNMN board and call this a pump n dump.

Troy sucks at PR. I kept saying that. He just sucks. If he was a pumper, then I would be cashing out more in the pennyland than this. WHo botch a 2Billion O/S retirement? 2Billion shares retired and it loss 80% value.

Troy is far from a pumper and 18months history show far from a diluter. ANyone that traded OTC for a long time, should always be aware that Troy seeking $10M for 1Billion shares Reg A was sign of future dilution. No one care then but act like it's end of the world now.

The highest volume subpenny today has 3Billion FLOAT and 9billion O/S but somehow that is more attractive. Traders will said anything. I rather stick to logical fact. B/c 8 years in this and I already hit 7 figure profit with that. Dare I said not many I seen with me 8 years ago are in the 7 figure range b/c of the daily flip or scare tactic trading. That just tiring.

Since you haven't been here that long, here is the dilution history of SNMN since Troy took over the last 18months +

approx.:
5M in Aug 16

17M in Jan 17

1M in Mar 17

1M in Apr 17

That is it. Acting like there are so many insiders. Why not worry about retail such as myself that have zero avg and holding free shares the last 18 months buying in the triple. Somehow retail buying in triple are not as dangerous as other. You know how many time this stock bounced for 100%+? How many time all of us long flipped it? People scream dilution but it's just retail long lowering their avg while PR comes out. Am I an insiders? I already made close to $50K with this while other people in the red?

SNMN had been doing its thing for 18months+++ Nothing change. There was nothing to hold on to 1 year ago. Just Triple zero lotto.

Anyone see the contradiction? I won't buy this b/c wow it's so bad but if it's few ticks cheaper I would totally gamble and buy back in. The 1.9B is still there. Why take the risk for minor gain? Best invest in company that isn't a risk I would assume. Why waste time on such a huge POS RISK, right?

In other words, the dust is settling and more are seeing float is still the same. O/S will be locked up like just like before. B/c no one was worry when that 1Billion shares was bought up? Everyone suddenly expect dilution right away but somehow buying 1Billion at 001 wouldn't have dilution. Some even think buying 001 will make SNMN go to 0005/0001. However, buying 01 dilution would make SNMN go 05/10 instead of 005/001.

Look at all the contradiction and spending so much time on all that contradiction. All I see is potential PPS will not be 5cent+ like I thought but from 0057 to 01 is doable and a nice bounce from 01 to maybe 015 and settle back to 005 or so.

You forgot there was a huge Dip in Sept too. However, no one seem to care when they bought int at 005+. It dip from 0052 to 0024. This dip was 0052 to 0015 and now it's at 0022. There were base at 004/5 few weeks ago too. Float is still the same as it was few weeks ago. Everyone was happy to get 1Billion shares increase back then which I didn't like much but what a start up company could do? Whole point of stock is to raise some capital for start up

All the PR was pending the funding. That is given. No clue what is the point of the useless info quoting an old fin. Naughty Girl Donut did get $150,000 in May. That is fact. Spin it however you like but that is fact. They are remodeling the place. You could visit the place if you like. $150k is about right for a shop. I personally never care for the doughnut shop. Long are the one pumping the donut shop like there is no tomorrow.

Of course rev isn't in. Make zero sense looking for rev and last I checked, unless you have fin filing for 2018, then most likely it will be zero.

Have you read to the older news releases here? Looks like they jump into a new business idea every other month and never achieve anything.

This has all the signs of a pump and dump and the type of people loading the past couple days wont be here longer than the next bounce... In fact i bet the next news release triggers a “sell the news” event with traders and disgruntled longs trying to get out into any rise. It only takes a minute to see the news releases are worthless here, because They dont come true

The large sellers are likely the insiders, financiers, promoters, consultants, etc that have received shares in the trips. There is no reason for them to hold on to the stock when its about to be mass diluted

They can dump at any price, reload at .001 by buying them directly from the company, then repeat process.

.... and if it drops below .001, im sure the issunce price will be adjusted lower, just like you see with any other mass diluting POS, right?

Why do you hate every dilution deal, except this one, which is a 80%+ discount from the price it was trading at just days ago? What makes this dilution better than others?

Why does he need to sell the farm near the 52 week lows? Wouldn’t it be better if he sold moderate amounts as the stock appreciates, allowing larger sums of money to be raised, with a lot less stock being issued? Is this deal an indication of his poor business planning, or something shadier?

When I see a CEO selling this much stock near the all time lows, it tells me that he doesn’t think it’s worth much more than this.

Generate volume and interest. Each has certain exit point. You and me are in a way flippers. Just our target was once much higher and we all benefit. SNMN avg about 6,000 view a day with 19M volume but most time it's just 8M and then comes burst.

Now it's at 30,000 view. $750K yesterday and $140K today. Just back to 1st week of September or so. Volume will slowly decrease and PPS will move up better.

Now we have many that have avg at 002 not 0001. They will want it to move higher. That is one problem with long such as myself netting crazy profit and kind of don't care if it move up anymore. Got all the time and patient while not buying anymore. That mean I am not helping slapping the ASK. Flipper will help slap the ASK.


That is just my view and that apply with every stock. New base and it's not 0001 but 002.

Definitely. I did mention that is the downside to SNMN now. New crowd and mostly flippers. If 003+ is there, then we will see a bunch of flipping. Long term hold is now gone.

This is the breakout board flipper crowd. 3 months time will be the Q4 report after many of the Term sheets deals are closed and we get a better real valuation of the company. Yea a bunch of people who came out of the woodwork looking to capitalize on a bounce. Same flipper crowd that chases all other breakout board info. I ran through every every SEC doc with gutts, EB, and Mikey awhile ago. Solid things in the works just shady move here. Propped up on flipping doesn’t give me hope in the short term. Perhaps next year when Reg A cash and companies that are being invested have disclosed their revenues in Q4. That may repair the damage done this week.

Looking at the filing again, I see 0057 PPS avg for PI. So it's not 01 but 0057 is still very good and they can't even move for 3months.

Here is the reason why someone claim Troy seem very upset:

If all of the shares offered hereby are sold, investors in this offering will own less than 48% of the then outstanding shares of common stock, but will have paid over 57% of the total consideration for our outstanding shares, resulting in a dilution of $0.0057 per share

Here is where I kept mentioning December/January:

The investors shares are locked up for three month after a public offering and the stock may be sold subject to the volume limitations of Rule 144.

Looking like 005+ once Reg A is done. The PI wants their avg to be at around 005. Only way for that is 1B at 001 and 900M at 01. A safety net for them in case SNMN can't hit 01

I think some might misread the selling b/c once PI agreed to buy the shares from SNMN, then SNMN could sell it to PI in 2 days. PI need to hol don for at least 3 months.
