Why do you hate every dilution deal, except this one, which is a 80%+ discount from the price it was trading at just days ago? What makes this dilution better than others?
Why does he need to sell the farm near the 52 week lows? Wouldn’t it be better if he sold moderate amounts as the stock appreciates, allowing larger sums of money to be raised, with a lot less stock being issued? Is this deal an indication of his poor business planning, or something shadier?
When I see a CEO selling this much stock near the all time lows, it tells me that he doesn’t think it’s worth much more than this.
Again, why is this dilution deal so wonderful?! Does it depend on how big of a bag we're holding?! lol
