Yes; the OTCBB Daily List can be a useful tool....
I check it on a daily basis...once at mid-day & again 2 hours after closing...
it's updated 3X throughout the day. Also of interest (to me anyway),
is the possibility of getting a 'look-ahead' for stocks I already own, and
their postings for 'up-listings'...primarilly, from the Pinks up to the BB.
I'm lately working on a theory that an uplisting could likely be a sign of
departure from obscurity into the world of transparency & legitimacy.
In observing these changes lately, I've noted that these changes are most often
reflected in a favorable fashion by the PPS, sometimes happening before the
announcement but, on occasion going un-noticed at first, followed by an uptick
the next day. I've picked-up a few interesting stocks this way, just before a 10%+
bounce the next day, after the others had gotten wind of the change. The
ensuing pop was usually followed by a return to the previous PPS a few days later
but, if nothing else, it showed me the stock was alive & subject to future upticks,
providing the stock is based on a viable biz-plan & a product with potential.
CSDT is the latest of these type that I've observed w/potential....
note the chart spike to .024 (& following decline to .02 on the 23rd) after the
uplisting on the 23rd was noticed...I picked-up some before trading got going
at .02....we'll see how it plays-out. Seems like a better plan than blind lotto plays.

Maxed out AS/OS at 300 Million(each) per pinksheets
Last trade at .0001, but I have been unable to buy any there at all in the last several years, and paid .02-.04 for what I do have. Stock last actively traded as "NXTN" and was in the .02-.05 range, then went grey and only occassionally trades, mostly mm trades of a hundred shares or so at .0001 to keep it low. I believe once they get OTCBB listing which is supposed to be anyday now according to the pr, then they will have to up the Authorized share count for liquidity, hopefully they do not r/s, share count has been this way thru two symbol changes since I've been in, and they didn't r/s when they had the chance.

Hello everyone and thank you for visiting/joining my board.

This board will be a one-stop shop for the latest company reinstatement's and reverse mergers. I track many stocks through various sources and avenues and try to find reinstated companies that have been dormant for years.

An example of the gains to be made on reinstatement plays from last week would be OCOL and EVDR. Take a look at their charts.

These reinstated companies could mean that something is going on behind the scenes, and that they may be making an important move before announcing some news. Some reinstatement could become nothing, others could be the next 10-bagger. There are no guarantees, but these freshly reinstated companies are something to keep an eye on instead of the same old 10 stocks that people track.
