Many vastly underestimating Maxell's role

Maxell was likely the firm that get RSW listed via the rev merger. They are likely doing RSW a service by putting out the facts on a new issue. Essentially this wasa silent IPO - so let MAxell make some noise., OTCBB is hopefully on its way. Sure everyone wants to see $$ not LOI, but hey you got to start somewhere.

anchorcheck,...no it was not your post that brought any of my inquiries/suspicions to ESYY.

the whole structure and the PR firms and the lack of cash to operate with is suspect.

is water a buzz word now,...maybe. but then so is solar, and alternative, and hybrid, etc. i find many companys just land themselves on a trend and pump it.

is ESYY legimate?,...i don't know. is ESYY a scam,...i don't know. can ESYY deliver on what they have released in recent PR's,...i don't know.

is it ESYY responsibiity to give shareholders all the information they need to make an informed investment decision,...yes.

so far its run-up form the 1.01 level to 1.45,...and now turning down. is that normal for any companys stock,..yes.
but being a new issue,...with no history,...i'll watch for a while, while doing some more DD.

i agree with you anchorcheck,...this company has a PR firm (Maxwell) that has contracted with third party companys (newslewtters, mailers,etc.) to hit the mail with the touting of ESYY.

one such company (Myers Secret Stocks)was paid $500,000 for the "printing and mailing and distributing" of their newsletter. i got it in the mail.

now tell me,...how does a company (ESYY) with no revenues or sales (just letters of intent for proposed sales) have the cash to inspire their PR company to pay a half a million dollars to just this one third party firm ? it appears to me that if the cash is not available then they are given company shares. and most likley these shares are freetrading...

In case you haven't noticed, bottled water is already a big deal in the US. Ground floor was years ago.

These start up companies with the promotions in the mail, and issuing 100's of thousands of shares for the promo are a way for the owners to print money.

If the company does get up and running, so much the better, for them. But they'll do fine just on the pump.

It will take many shares sold for cash to get this off the ground. And they'll be fighting competition the whole way.

Appreciate your advise and concers. Yes, this is a 'new' company... and it does have a future, sales contracts in place and I'm certain additional contracts with more marketing.
Bottled water is a 'growing industry'. Starting-up in the USA and booming outside of the US.
I can honestly tell you, where I reside in Europe (Italy), more natural mineral water is consumed than wine. Within the next ten years I feel the H2O market in the USA will most certainly expand.
Good to get in on the ground floor.

I would be very cautious on this. Do they even have sales?

A bottled water company? Big deal, this is a very competitive industry. How are they supposed to build a marketing organization, and ramp up production, etc. Its all going to take cash.

Wait a few years. If this company becomes successful (commercial), you'll still have a chance to buy it in the next few years, and probably at level below here.

I just wandered over here. I'm looking at IHub to see the features they have, and explore the site.

mthead,...i want to attempt to discern how many of the companys shares are out for "services" (paid pr firms), how many shares each company principle owns and in what capacity( 144's, restricted, etc), any S-8 filings, when a more up-to-date filing is expected and any other applicable informationthat might affect the pps of the share structure.

Thanks, nlightn. I also just learned the stock is being touted in paid promo's. That doesn't neccessarily mean there's anything wrong with it but it does make me a little more cautious about diving right in. Two other obsevations that also may not mean a thing but I'm considering. 1- the bottling plant pictures show only very small water bottles and 2- the company is incorporated in Nevada, which has more than it's share of Pump & Dumps.

I think I'll sit on the sidelines and watch this for a while.

I just spoke with IR and they told me the O/S is 30,072,000 and the float is approximately 3M

I think that the float is going to be absorbed very soon, then it will make a big move higher as shares will be nonexistent

ESYY Looks strong, setting new highs and chart in a great uptrend. I like this IPO alot after doing more research on it this weekend. I'm thinking a break of $2 where it will gain some new momo and head towards $2.50-$4 Actually its 2006 projections give it a $3.25-$4.00 valuation or so correct?

mthead,..i found the share structure from one of the company most recent filings.

but since they have have operations from Easy.com to RSW they just adopted the share structure from the existing company it appears. so,...that means that at any time they can change the share count.

also , as you read through the filing you will notice that they have financed their (lack of) growth with giving shares away for "services".

and in these filings there is no mention of RSW,...so we really don't know anything regarding how RSW will really be condicting itself if our only source of information is the filings.

additionally i can recall receiving a mailer from an IR firm (it might have been Maxwell) who is getting a fee for the advertisement of RSW. if my memory serves me it was $2,000 a month for 12 months and 500,000 free trading shares in RSW. so at any time 500,000 free trading shares can hit the market and take the pps down. also how many shares do the principals hold and in what catagory?,...144's?,...there is no information for the shareholder to ascertain. in my way of thinking thats the good news and the bad news.

what is important is the management and its past and present ability to perform in the manner in which their press releases are suggesting. 1- who is management and what is their past history with other companys, 2- do they actually have the business accumen to perform, 3- do they have the business sense to build the company and bring it into a more public view (Dasini, Aquafina.etc) and thus gave value to the shareholder.

those are some of the important questions. especially for a pinksheet company that has a pps of $1.40 area.
