this is what I just got form interactive brokers

We are expecting a restricted stock dividend of 117.62 new restricted to 1 common share, however we haven't been able to confirm the ex-date as we do not believe it's been established.

just saw this on another ticker, never seen this wording b4 so who is gonna get the shares in between record date and execution date, don't even know if this is legal these are getting more confusing just when u think u got them figured out "Although we use the “record date” to determine the shareholder’s rights for dividend, if shareholders sell their shares prior to the actual “distribution date”, they will not be eligible for the dividend. Pay attention to the small print. Ex-dividend is not announced. There is possibility there. Both IB and Etrade corp action support team said so

RMLXD - Roomlinx, Inc. - announced a 118.62 - 1 Restricted stock dividend with a record date of 04/13/2015. The pay date for this dividend is 04/14/2015. my broker Fidelity said 3 days to show in acct meaning the 8th was last day for sure 9th possible but today no way

ex-dividend date is not announced. It is still possible for a divy from my conversation with my broker's corp action team

Getting a great feeling about this stock and where it can be by the end of the year. Did you see this PR? I think they will keep heading in the right direction. A company were working with Extreme Networks Inc is trading at $2.50. O/S on it is 95mill. Well only have roughtly 19mill O/S I believe if no other shares hit the market! Also a few SC 13Gs went through this past week for a Joshua Gladtke and Robert Depalo...who are high up in Argent. (Professional investment company)

I believe that settlement was for pre-split shares. Not for the RMLXD shares that are currently trading in the open market
