just saw this on another ticker, never seen this wording b4 so who is gonna get the shares in between record date and execution date, don't even know if this is legal these are getting more confusing just when u think u got them figured out "Although we use the “record date” to determine the shareholder’s rights for dividend, if shareholders sell their shares prior to the actual “distribution date”, they will not be eligible for the dividend.
