Time is always the enemy unless you see the entire picture... two years from now this will be a money making stock on a much higher exchange, in order to reap the rewards just do nothing but wait..

I'm really strong on the future for this one, they are already setting sights on Nasdaq listings and the new product is well on it's way to production.
The one thing that is always the kicker here is when will FINRA release the company for a name change. The reverse merger market is stalled until this process can be streamlined, or attitudes towards reverse mergers changes.

Yes they want to sell shares from the treasury but the big question becomes at what price?

If they can value this company properly then investment capital will pour in.

Personally I would like to see it valued at $3.00 a share, it is totally unknown at this point.

Calling for Friday with the Reg A cancelled.....S-1 with sights straight to NASDAQ should be the catalyst for the market.

If it takes 1 day for the attorney to put together and 1 day for the Edgar filer to file it with the SEC then we may be looking at a Friday filing at the outside. But, it will be cancelled/closed out via 1-Z filing as soon as feasible. But most likely by Friday. $LPHM

Comments from FINRA have been addressed in regards to the Name Change and Ticker change. They were pretty basic comments so, fingers crossed that no more comments. Our attorney really puts together a tight package to hopefully limit amount of comments. $LPHM

Lets remember it takes up to 45 days for FINRA to reply to the comments providing there are no more comments we are golden... There will Probably be a dip in share price as we get further on as some will not want to wait, look for the buying opportunities about 30 days out.
