Joe Biden has a dazed expression and he walks like he's a zombie . His minders should hit him up with some CBD to get him moving. If anything can fix him CBD will do it. No wellness job is too big for CBD.

My dog Florence was depressed and listless but after infusing her food with CBD she is now very active and happy. The change is amazing. She now loves fetching sticks and chasing kids on scooters. When riding in my car she is all agog at the passing scenery. I can thoroughly recommend CBD for perking up tired, miserable dogs and giving them a new sense of purpose in life.
Thank you Oil, that I am. As far as my previous comparison of the speculative euphoria of the CBD industry and the forgotten hype of the emu craze of the past, if a run-amok emu crosses my path I just call Doug over at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Glad to know you are sleeping well and are not troubled by nightmares of flocks of giant emus running amok.

Re. cute1265's latest:
"Participants in the study were split into either a CBD or control group. Those in the CBD group received 300 milligrams of CBD per day at first, which increased over time to 600 mg per day and was later reduced to 150 mg per day toward the end of the study period. Those in the control group received a placebo."
RMHB’s HEMPd beverages are infused with 20mg of hemp extract. Assuming the "hemp extract" to be CBD (acknowledged as such by certain authorities on this board), to achieve 300 milligrams per day would mean firstly consuming 15 cans of HEMPd a day, subsequently increased to 30 cans a day. Then at Week 12 "the drug was tapered to 150 mg/day" i.e 7.5 cans a day in HEMPd equivalent terms.
But wait, the tincture bottle illustration at the beginning of the article indicates the CBD in the study was provided in concentrated oil form and CBD enthusiasts will be relieved to know they will not need to drink enormous amounts of HEMPd beverages to overcome their anxiety (likely brought on by worrying about RMHB's share price) and to sleep better. Even auto-riding dogs will appreciate the CBD simply being slipped into their chow ("a separate study earlier this year found that dogs receiving daily doses of CBD saw “significant reductions” in stress and anxiety related to car travel").
So the article is really something of a plus for CBD administered as a special purpose drug but does nothing for RMHB's attempting to kid the general public they should pay good money for dilute amounts of CBD in beverages which (a) has not been demonstrated to have any useful effects in such small amounts and (b) they are generally not poor sleepers and not anxiety-ridden anyway.
Incidentally, the other oft-claimed benefit of CBD - pain relief - is not a part of the study and might be more on point than the somewhat wishy-washy bad feelings.

Thanks Oil and ‘nuts, I am not anxious, nor depressed, and I am sleeping just fine without CBD as I await the alarm from this world class company. Sorry cutie.
Too funny! I'm still waiting for RMHB to stop being a start-up!
Wake me when we become a world class company.
From the other board:
A possible future for CBD is not addressed at all. There is no comment in the report on prospective government legislation freeing up regulation of CBD. There is no prediction that the Company will concentrate on producing CBD infused drinks when the time is right. The report does not say anything about "legacy" drinks (CHILLO anyone?) but instead "our brand drinks". It seems the pundits here know more about the Company's intentions than it does itself.
Even if CBD were to be unregulated it is questionable whether sticking it in drinks for indiscriminate consumption would be a particularly attractive way to deploy it since those who wished to experience its benefits (real or imagined) would be more likely to consume it in a less bulky form i.e. in a more concentrated way such as capsules or oil. The "wellness" schtick would take a lot of swallowing.
Naturally "our brand drinks" would be expected to be more profitable than private label products but CBD wouldn't necessarily be the lucrative pathway that the woolly-minded believe.
adirondickhi doesn't want a summary of the pertinent results posted on his board. That's how disappointing they are.
Sales for the Quarter were only $659,820
Weren't they supposed to be showing a large (HUGE?) increase now the new plant has settled in and it's full steam ahead? What went wrong?
There's a deathly silence on the other board (with the exception of the board clown who thinks he sees "improvement in every category").

Suspect claims by financially interested parties who have done Mickey Mouse surveys of sympathetic participants (including college kids) don't qualify.
Does CBD reduce your anxiety? Yes.
Does CBD give you pain relief? Yes.
Does CBD help you sleep better? Yes.
Does CBD give you a mellow feeling? Yes
Does CBD give you a sense of general well-being? Yes
Does CBD infused in your tampon make for a better menstruation experience? Yes
Does your dog wag its tail more if fed CBD? Yes
Do you believe personal testaments on message boards praising CBD? Yes, of course.
This type of "survey" is next to worthless. If it hasn't been verified by double blind laboratory testing by a competent and financially disinterested organisation of recognised qualification and status then it is merely anecdote in which anything goes.
From the other board:
So vendors are foisting a drug (CBD) on the public that hasn't been adequately researched. Gee Adi, how irresponsible and even dangerous is that!
The latest use found for it is said to be CBD-infused tampons. That is fascinating and it would make for a good research project. But it invites the question is nothing safe from CBD being arbitrarily added to it? Or is CBD the universal nostrum that has been sought for so long?

You had a little stumble there Ronnie, it's versus not verses. Smarten up lad.
Of larger concern is all this sludge being posted here about marijuana law developments has no bearing on RMHB now and in the medium term. Longer term will look after itself. It's simply trying to find something positive to puff up RMHB's prospects by hopefuls and pumpers. Real marijuana stocks jumped up on the development but the market continued to treat this struggling little CBD pusher as being of only limited interest in the game.
From the other board:
The lengthy article (in cutey's latest Marijuana Moment link) didn't in itself include any reference to CBD. The CBD-infused tampons was in an accompanying advertisement that has now rolled over to a different product. That is disappointing as many of the CBD enthusiasts on this board would have missed out on seeing such a novel and interesting method of ingestion being promoted.
Notwithstanding, the CBD-infused tampons is a good illustration of the variety of different ways CBD can be taken up by the body (although obviously just women by this method). One can speculate that a CBD-infused suppository should also be feasible if not already available from specialist suppliers, and if the imagination were to be given free rein why not a CBD-infused butt plug that could be utilised by both women and men and so free in any sense at all of a charge of being discriminatory?
From the other board:
Good news for the ladies. CBD gets two mentions in the article, namely for CBD-infused tampons.

From the other board:
But Adi says it is a HUGE step in the right direction and cutesy says it is 10 steps toward cbd (research, benefits).
While it is debateable whether one HUGE step could equal as many as 10 ordinary steps it is probably slightly better than no progress at all. Trying to sell CBD is problematic when its health benefits (and risks) are hardly known. The general public isn't easily fooled.
Not that some possible verification in the longer term is particularly relevant to the present less than vibrant performance of the Company anyway. Wishful thinking is not a good financial plan.
From the other board:
The share market already knows it (thanks to a company stooge) and your frosting is just another one of your fantasies. The pps still wallows around the penny level.
Funny thing you corrupt mods wouldn't allow posts advising the Yield sign but are falling over yourselves to report the return to Pink.
Could be something here....big legislation changes coming.
They don't want anything about the latest OTC disclosures being posted: amended Annual, lawyer's letter and the Yield sign. Meaningless trivial stuff about insignificant volumes is okay though.
Wow! Y’Pete is outlasting the mods on the other board! At 10:45 pm, his 7:45 pm thread still exists! The gatekeepers have either given up, or snooze’n on their watch.
The Yield notice is back on RMHB at the OTC Markets site. Apparently there is some concern that there was not “adequate current public information” provided in the Annual Report.
Knew that one wouldn’t last long on the other board.
From the other board:
You clowns are seizing at straws. Medicinal THC has got nothing to do with CBD, especially CBD put indiscriminately in lolly water drinks for some imaginary general "wellness". Your HUGE step for RMHB was given just what was to be expected by the sharemarket - a HUGE ho hum.
Well there is one company that didn’t $ee a surge!
Cannabis stocks surged Tuesday afternoon on the news that the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to reclassify marijuana to Schedule 3 of the Controlled Substances Act.

I'm not a mod. There are already six of them to handle the tremendously important work of watching for shorters, bashers and any unwholesome posts that are not effusively complimentary about RMHB. They keep the board a safe place so we aren't traumatized by anything that can be deemed negative. Chief mod adirondickhi has a highly sensitive nose that can detect even apparently harmless posts that are really stealth bashing.
From the other board:

They keep the board a safe place for us so we aren't traumatized by anything that is deemed slightly negative or even only might possibly be negative in a stealthy kind of way. Even complete rubbish posts are acceptable (like Corvette's) as long as they are RMHB-friendly.
From the other board:
Damn right Corvette. The shorters will try anything. Keep your buying orders coming and monitoring them. They must not be allowed to succeed.
So Corvette is running his commentaries from inside the closet. I suspected as much. It would explain why he acts like it's always Mardi Gras time. Meanwhile cutey is apparently exhausted from all her plugging marijuana activities and is taking some time out to recover.
I’ll bet Corvette is a closet seller at $.015.
From the other board:
Showing great strength and still holding at a penny. As long as Corvette keeps on buying we should be able to stop the shorters from winning. Ever since adirondickhi exposed the shorters it's been a struggle but if we all stay strong - no weak hands - we will prevail and be rewarded by becoming the World Class company we deserve to be.
From the other board:
It's encouraging to see that Corvette and Dhubis (also little loony? and the mj girl cutesy?) are holding the shorters at bay with their buying and keeping the pps above the one penny level. The shorters, who are always lurking about (adirondickhi has thoroughly researched this), might manage to breach the level briefly but our guys are responding admirably to the challenge and ensuring we finish the day in penny land. The two zeros is a bad look for a company that is intending to become World Class and it's very important the shorters aren't allowed to win and so damage investor confidence in this little gem.
From the other board:
Caution is needed, revenue is not the same as net profit (spread around 866 million shares). And presumably a large percentage of the revenue is from co-packed beverages.

You are a fine one to be concerned about a post being deleted MR DELETION COWARDLY CREEP.
You are the asshole who used to get people banned for no good reason, remember?
While the Report is headed "Quarterly Report for the Period Ending: December 31, 2023 (the “Reporting Period”)" the accounts are clearly shown to be Year Ended December 31, 2023 (see p.22 etc.)
Seems rather slapdash. An Amended Report to follow?
Annual Report 2023:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/397474/content
But but ... I thought marijuana legalization was supposed to be the salvation of RMHB. Looks like they need a Plan B. Fentanyl seems popular and could be worth a try?
Today, Power REIT (that serves the agricultural industry with greenhouse products) noted their plummeting revenue is directly attributed to the failing cannabis market. Over half of their products are focused on serving cannabis growers. They are heavily concentrated in Colorado. I’m shocked! I thought Colorado was the poster child for other states to follow their enlightened path to becoming a world class state.
Late filing Notice of Annual Report to 4/15/2024
"Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Issuer relocated its production Facilities and Corporate office during the calendar year, and changed its outside accounting firm, both of which contributed to the delay in the preparation of the financial report."
From the other board:
You guys are so hopeless at your pumping.
Instead of girly-girly dancing about with fake company news and forever harping on uselessly about marijuana and what a glorious day it will be when Congress gets off its collective ass and acts - this is the way to do it:
World Class Company in the making here. BUY BUY BUY at these bargain basement prices. BUY BUY BUY while they last. BUY BUY BUY like there's no tomorrow. BUY BUY BUY
Yeah, unfortunately there is a sector on the other board that believes the only thing holding this world class company back is the government. Again, I regret dog piling the emu craze of the ‘80’s in comparison, but like the emu market, if you call county extension offices and inquire about the current status of pot agriculture, many will say it’s over.
From the other board:
Maybe cute1265 will do us the courtesy of explaining why she is forever plugging marijuana now that she knows how to spell it correctly.
From the other board:
A hemp variety that does not produce CBD should be of interest to the shareholders of an outfit that sticks CBD in drinks and plugs its supposed health benefits. REALLY? That's as useless as your endless irrelevant links to marijuana are.
