A possible future for CBD is not addressed at all. There is no comment in the report on prospective government legislation freeing up regulation of CBD. There is no prediction that the Company will concentrate on producing CBD infused drinks when the time is right. The report does not say anything about "legacy" drinks (CHILLO anyone?) but instead "our brand drinks". It seems the pundits here know more about the Company's intentions than it does itself.
Even if CBD were to be unregulated it is questionable whether sticking it in drinks for indiscriminate consumption would be a particularly attractive way to deploy it since those who wished to experience its benefits (real or imagined) would be more likely to consume it in a less bulky form i.e. in a more concentrated way such as capsules or oil. The "wellness" schtick would take a lot of swallowing.
Naturally "our brand drinks" would be expected to be more profitable than private label products but CBD wouldn't necessarily be the lucrative pathway that the woolly-minded believe.
