On the surface, the rehab appears to be real. It is a VERY young concern and as it seems to stand today, not a large potential for high earnings. Especially when you divide the profits with RRRI. Can't lose any more than what I have in this now, so might as well hang around.

Rackley's leadership was certainly a train wreck. While he certainly should be called out for his countless shortcomings with RRRI, it appears he has now sold the shell to this new group and taken off with at least some of the proceeds IMO.

Best we can hope for now is this rehab business is legit and they are making money. I can guess they spent a decent amount of cash acquiring the shell and cleaning up the mess Rackley left behind.

While I have nothing positive to say about Boy Scout Rackley, I guess I'm somewhat hopeful this new direction is legit.

Mr. Rackley put out a press release, complete with pictures, that GSRE purchased and Oil and Gas lease in Louisiana, with production. People bought stock, or held on based on this. This asset cannot just disappear. I am confused. These new guys have not filed anything. Time for a road trip to Dallas. I will also contact the Boy Scouts about how to locate Rackley and the rest of his crew he put on staff and have now disappeared.
