They are start up Bio Tech not all that pleasing to the eye so when PPS drops allows others to buy in cheaper then like I said BAM! news in your face!!! I sure hope you are right but VNDM on the ask again bothers me greatly. I was hoping for no further dilution. I understand why they are diluting but that still doesn't help the PPS.
