Yes, also noted RBII reported to SEC a net profit for last year, 2020 as compared with prior year, 2019 net loss. Curious what the one-time asset writeoff of $165,000 was which if not present would have shown results even better for 2020. Go $RBII

RBII is obviously trying to get back on the pinks otherwise they wouldn’t have filed the report to stay current. As far as the lawsuit goes, let’s remember everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Even if guilty, the company still has options - sell to someone else, sell back to a distributor, etc.

They turned a profit in 2020 - no small feat for an OTC company. Haven’t sold a single share. Waiting to see how this whole thing plays out...

Do not believe, rs99, that the SEC delists as you imply they may to RBII, because of late filings. Many companies that are still processing late filings to meet the SEC September 28th requirement to be pink current have been given good news as I just learned of an SEC announcement issued during last week to delay enforcing the requirement as of tomorrow, September 28th. RBII redirecting their longtime business activities last year was in answer to Ohio Governor request for companies to assist in the Covid Pandemic which led to RBII offering DISINFECTING SERVICES IS MY UNDERSTANDING and at the conference call Art held August, 2020 several Representatives reported on how demand was high and accepted as a needed service by many categories of customers.

Yes they have been scamming people for years. Now it has finally caught up with them and unfortunately the shareholders that are left are just screwed. With the SEC charges against them there may be a very slight hope of some of the larger shareholders that will pursue it to get a little money back. Very slight chance.
They are a year behind in filings so good chance for delisting. Unfortunately will be another tax write off for me and many others.

I called an Oxi thyme distributor yesterday and talked 10 minute's or so, he was in shipping and told me that they have and are still very busy, that they had a little bit of a low period a few months ago but since have been steady. He assured me that they were still using the product and have contracts out there, i spoke about art also and got some insight there too. I would think that if the product is dangerous and or not for proper use for covid that the FBI or other agency's since the sec investigation would shut them down completely, so unless he was bsn me I will keep some hope and see how this plays out.
