The judge has showed that shes not on board with letting the SEC strong arm Ripple. This isn’t going to turn out the way they want it to. The SEC proposal includes $876M in disgorgement, $198M in prejudgment interest and a $876M civil penalty.

Same, been about as long too. I've seen youtubes, price predictions, (aka clickbait) and they can speculate until the cows come home and STILL not get it right.
With XRP it's all about swift action. Swift does Trillions a day(FACT) with an antiquated expensive process, when XRP finally gets the swift action or even a fraction thereof, the longtime holders here will be on easy street. BTW, swift has already used xrp services and they like it.
