Usually it is the shell of some crappy little moose-pasture mining company that is repurposed with a r/m into another industry.

NTAH is seemingly using the shell to acquire a crappy little mining company.

Happy to help with this, instead of choosing the "Amendment After Issuance of Stock" be sure to check the "Certificate Pursuant to NRS 78.209" which will show the Reverse Split 1:1000. Here is the image file for your reference. Darn shame there is a split but it is what it is.

Go back on the first page click on copy requests. You have to have the company name exactly then you choose which filing entity you want then you check out. You need login credentials and easier if you store the CC too for easy check out.

That's good news. Thank you. I could see the A/S and Preferred designation hadn't changed on SoS. I don't remember the O/S numbers ever jiving between what the filings stated and the TA was reporting. I can only go back to 1 Jun on my webpage scanner. So if the TA O/S numbers had changed prior to 1 Jun, I must have overlooked it if the webpage scanner caught it.

I figured it would take longer to get the requested doc back due to the process to request it. I wish it was set up like the court website is for obtaining court docs. Quick and easy!

I just ordered the amendment doc and there’s no split. I will post it tomorrow as I’m on mobile and may not be able to put the pic here I’ll try. Also you can see the share structure info at the bottom AS is 250m common 10m preferred, donut looks like to me we’re good to go! Now to find out what we have. Remember the OS was reduced a few months ago that would rarely indicate that any split was coming and it hasn’t
