That's what I'm asking, is the preferred entitled to the liquidation price? I don't know the answer. Is an outright sale considered a liquidation?

Hummmm. If I own 6% Convertible Preferred depository shares equal to 1/100th of a $10K CPS how it is handled in a BK? Does it get treated as a "Liquidation"? The reason I ask is that I found this info which indicates it has a $100 per depository share "Liquidation preference" value.

The Series A Convertible Preferred Stock has a liquidation preference of $10,000 per share, which equates to $100.00 per depository share.

Hello,I have been holding Rexx stocks when Rex Energy was on the Nasdaq. Several month ago, as you know, Rexx Energy was delisted from Nasdaq and now is in the OTC market. However, I cannot find any Rexxq stocks on my home trading system's dashboard. What happened?

Is there anyone who can explain this?
I e-mailed Rexx Energy but no replies at all. I put 30000 USD here.

All Nasdaq's Rexx stocks are terminated when moving to the OTC market?
Or is it just simple dashboard error?

$REXX Rex Energy (NASDAQ:REXX) says it is filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after failing to reach agreement with its lenders after missing a debt payment last month.

Rex says it lost ~$53M in Q1 and reports an outstanding loan balance of $274M as of March 31.

The company, which is active in the Marcellus and Utica shales, says it still plans to drill and complete several wells during the rest of the year.

Nat Gas over 3 dollars...REXX way undervalued

True, Nat Gas did suddenly rip it up later this week, but unfortunately $REXX is not fully following suit this week. Still been in red hanging around 1.30s-lower 1.40 area (after last week's 1.55 high)

Maybe instead you will get your gains in early January. Just be sure you watch for 1.25+ lows for support. Have stop-loss in place based on that approx area needing to hold.
I'm personally still on sidelines for (possible) re-entry.

I exited $REXX for a small profit yesterday (12/27) while in the 1.40+ area. I did not like the deteriorating technicals earlier this week after apparent resistance since it's recent 1.55 high after coming off of my 1.35 or less suggested limit entry for private alerted clients 2 weeks ago (12/14) who had opportunity to enter it as low as 1.25.

$REXX makes the 4th trade in a row (non-subpenny) since early November for a profit I've provided for my subscribers.

$REXX certainly had potential for much higher than 1.55 coming off of 1.25 recent lows, but I had to be vigilant & responsive to the reality of the deteriorating technicals by locking in a profit before it dropped lower. So far today it's lower with a close of 1.32.
That said, this is a good one to keep watching for re-entry.

I gave it out to my private subscribing followers 12/14 at lows (1.25-1.35 available at 12/14-12/15) with limit entry suggestion of 1.35 before it rose up into 1.50's so far this week.
I'm speculating on a good chance yet toward 1.70-2+ for potential upside in the short term.

$REXX likely set up for a rally in the short term.
$REXX tends to trade with Nat Gas, which is showing a nice rebound in early morning trading today after the recent sell off, so it should also help push this stock up.
I think it can get back up toward 1.70-2's in the short term for a trade.

Last Thursday-Friday trading as low as 1.25 was an opportunity (staring right at you around the time you posted).
I alerted $REXX when it was at those lows to my private following subscribers @ 1.35 limit for suggestion morning of 12/14 (Thursday)
