Hummmm. If I own 6% Convertible Preferred depository shares equal to 1/100th of a $10K CPS how it is handled in a BK? Does it get treated as a "Liquidation"? The reason I ask is that I found this info which indicates it has a $100 per depository share "Liquidation preference" value.

The Series A Convertible Preferred Stock has a liquidation preference of $10,000 per share, which equates to $100.00 per depository share.
