BRLL new annual high .082
This is the video I watched. This looked clunky.
http://www.squaredogrobotics.com/index.php/en/en-grand-victoria
I just watched the Robot Welders and Sky Wash and they look more sophisticated to me.
I did see that on the CFO's LinkedIn page. Big and cumbersome crawling up and around one's building. While their is always promise in robotics, that company has all the hallmarks of a start-up. I found the switch in industries is unnerving as well.
FWFW...regarding the 8-K and robotics company.......
There are a few gems out there - need to get on that list lol
What'd ya think of the latest 8K?
I'm rooting for that stock. Got to be clear winners down here to keep the peeps coming back for more.
After all, we have been ASKHing for years
ASKH and we will receive
Waves Mr Adder, waves
Only one I have any real skin in is supposed to PR in January - now what they bring in is anyone’s guess but I’m looking forward to it. After that it’s back to the big boards.
NBLD another crazy bounce $1 to $1.40
That's my whole point.....the well is running dry on reverse mergers because of the new SEC rules. There will be less.....and soon there will be none. This is what they intended. It benefits the banks and IPO underwriters.
Always liked that guy - poor man’s Wes Welker and not by much.
Still many that are not on expert market - those that merge before March 2023 will capture significant volume and yes there won’t be many.
Yes, they used to be....before the new SEC rules. Now they are drying up and you cannot get in on the bottom floor due to the damn expert market. The SEC has killed reverse merger plays, as well as many others. OTC not coming back IMO.
Beasley back - thats huge for us!
Regards
Big Boards will be bonkers today after a "cooling" inflation print. Giggity. Should make for some easy day trades.
Living better now; Gucci sweater now.
Unfortunately, you might be sitting next to Von Miller. That's a shame. Hate watching guys get hurt. That said, Bills are still the odds-on-favorite to win the SB even without Von, and for good reason. Should be a good old fashioned donnybrook this playoffs.
No worries I have club seats covered and heated :)))
Regards
Haha sure thing!!
Regards
Enjoy the snow Saturday night. Early forecast is "lake effect".
Can you please flash a giant sign at the TV cameras saying;
"Calling ASKH and MWR or Deng, or Ralph, or Steve, or Rebecca, or Jillian, or Xi, or anyone."
Fair enough!
I’ll be at the bills Miami game this week - :))
Regards
Quite well, my good man. Made $100k that month as well, to go along with that 5th SB ring....
Good times.
Way i see it, KC vs Philly/SF SB,,,,,,, will be a game till the end, 50/50 if KC takes it.
KC vs Dak lmao, start the celebrations and give out the 3rd ring to KC during the National Anthem, as Rayne will make sure of that...
In Dak i trust
We'll talk after the Bills go to Cincy in Week 17. If they win, the AFC will be yours; if not, WWWIIDDEEE OOOPPPEEENNN.
Easy Bills leading the AFC lol
Regards
Back-to-back double-digit wins (10+ wins) for Dem Boys for the first time since 1995-96. I know you remember that year quite well.
If Philly isn't for real, and they very may well be, then the NFC is WWWIIIDDDEEE open. I have no idea who will come out of this conference. Pretty much the same goes for the AFC. Chiefs will probably pull down the 1 seed (gotta win out) but they are no juggernaut. Thought Miami was for real. They ain't. So who the hell knows anymore.
In Dak i trust
I think the NFC is Philly's to lose. Not going to be easy for the 49ers to play in Philly come January.
imho
No Rush lol
Regards
Once announced lol
Low float mergers only play on the otc
Sad to see what has become of the OTC since the new SEC rules and the creation of the expert market. Reinstatements/custodianships/reverse mergers used to be some of the biggest catalysts/gainers in this market. The SEC killed them.
Tampa Bay is atrocious. Not sure they are even going to make the playoffs. Look out Carolina! Dallas couldn't ask for much more in terms of an opponent. With either a Minny / San Fran upset, Dallas won't have to deal with the Eagles until the NFC Championship game.
It's hard to tell who is good this year. I'm still not convinced the Eagles are for real but all they do is win. 2 weeks: Philly @ Dallas.
And folks think that MWR is strange, lmao
Lmao, well if today wasn't proof that we will be one and done again come January, i don't know what is.
Rayne has to be at the top of the list of QB's whose turnovers result in points that lead to a loss.
He cannot help himself in the majority of his starts!
Oh well, at least the odds with ASKH are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better lol
I'm thankful Dallas won. We'd have to send out a search party for IR if they had blown it.
Ok cool, so far nobody is dumping, I can only hope they know there might be good news coming and they think they can offload something into a run, otherwise I don‘t understand the timing of this conversion. They still never came up with details after the change of control. Very strange people.
Not funny at all. I've got the CFO's phone number. Been meaning to call. See what the deal is. Will report back if I'm not too pi$$ed afterwards.
So I guess it was the preferreds on MDWK. Not too funny.
Hallelujah brother Jericho, hallelujah.
Totally agree, Mr Adder sir.
Letttttttttttttts GOOOO
December Merger $ASKH :))))))
Regards
Let's see what Deng brings in - sector, sector, sector
For me these type plays are 100% total right offs from the outset. Any positive outcome is a bonus..
Can I ass you a question. Do you feel you've been married to this stock? Shell deadline may end up being the best thing for you. The trade may not turn out how we both want but at least they'll be closure.
Fortune favors the brave, bold, lucky, and yes sometimes the stupid. My 1.46 million ASKH stake cost me 13.5k ish...
Now for some that may be a Kings ransom, yet to others it's a steak dinner at the Capitol Grille.
Regardless, its a risk/reward/proposition that every individual must asses on their own.
Certainly ballsy.
It may not be wise to put 97% of one's investible net worth into a single shell, but Potse's point is valid and not about portfolio discipline / diversification. If one can purchase the entirety of a shell's float at a price point / valuation they are comfortable with, why not? With shells, time is on one's side due to the looming deadline of late March 2023, providing a built-in catalyst for a binary result. Investing in shells is a game of big winners and big losers; buying up a large portion of the float would increase the magnitude of these outcomes.
