today, I came across an attorney's webpage who used the term "holy grail" in his article. Finding relavant info, particularly on unsoliticed pinksheet companies
is as much an adventure as the searching for the holy grail.
Anyway, I emailed this attorney and was surprised....he emailed me back promptly.
I have believed that if i searched hard enough, i'd eventually get it! I'd get some understanding of who regulates who and what the laws are. Well, doesn't like threr is such a thing. In his reply to my request of helping me find paper trails of the pinksheet traded companies, here's his reply in full:
There is no paper trail for an unsolicited pink sheet company, also called gray market companies. That's why you cannot find one.

FWIW, I agree about the 'bottomy feel' of last week's readings. I want to believe that it's going to have more lift than recent one day wonders because of the VIX and P/C.

No thoughts on GNSS specifically. ATML is my pick for max pct. gains if the rally continues.

I'm liking this...

GNSS has a triple bottom on weekly and monthly with stochs pinned to the bottom. Declining volume on the retest with bad news out last month. Earnings 7/18 so we should get a move into that day.

As for the market, the VIX reading and 10 DMA p/c ratio(absurdly high) support a bottom here and tech action confirms imo.
