Thought it would "shell out and do.a RM" with only 80m shares and having 4m assumed it would be a huge upside. But the shell.must have been very dirty.
RCLL will be revoked so getting out was a smart decision. Good onya.
Dumped my 4m shares at $0.0021 average over the past 7 months. Had to toy with it by buying up the $0.001's. Scooped up a million at $0.0008 Left the MM'S holding the bag. Now that's a change of pace

RCLL is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.
Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.
Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.
RCLL is on the list of delinquent filers:

Some attorney runs this out of his mansion in Boston. I use to have some of this three years ago. He would never return phone calls, email, or posts so I dumped it when it was around .50 and very glad I did. lol. I think its nothing but a shell now without any activity.
GLTY.... I wouldn't buy any shares of this..... trips are coming.
Mar27 RCLL traded at 2year volume high. Opened at .002, hit a high of .0105 and closed at .008. It's pretty well petered out since then. Haven't been able to find any stock promotions, news articles or recent SEC filings on it. Anyone know anything about this stock?
Own 4% of the Company now below $0.0048 I look forward to selling them in Q-4 on the PUMP....
OWN 100000 SHARES
something going on.
Something is going on here, looks like someone has wanted RCLL shares lately.
RCLL @ .02!
Float only 26 million :)
Darn! I had about given up on this one.. wish I hadnt sold that 75,000 shares today... still have about 200k.. but still sold too cheap!! RCLL!!
RCLL looking good here. This could get real big soon tomorrow. We shall see. So thin and low float could really fly here imho.
Tons of volume have been coming in since about 3:20; pps is up 42%!! Not sure what might be going on. RCLL
I am not sure, but don't see that they have posted a quarterly report yet. That should be out any day I would think, they are already extremely late.
Yep..your right about that. I have made lots of money on scams over the years lol......GO PENNYLAND
Ya, of course most of these pennys are scams. I could sell today and make a profit, but strong bids are on level 2 with little on the ask. Holding for more, right now.
Yeah 910,000 revs but his salary was about $400,000. He is the only one on payroll meaning a one person company. Runs this company out of his house outside of Boston MA. Attorney by trade........Tried to get address's and names of hospitals that supposedly had clinics in and he never would give me any info on it. Bought when it was .30 and sold it at .03.
Good luck on this one....
Thanks Jeff!
ANNUAL REPORT OUT: It looks pretty much as expected, revenues $910,000 for the year. Assets in the 350k range, allot of debt over 4 million dollars. Common shares still under 82 million so no dillution. The good news, STEM is trading at 0.74 cents per share with only a little over 2 million dollars in annual revenue, and a balance sheet that does not look any better then RCLL. So why shouldn't this one be trading at least at in the .25 cent range?
One other thought patient cost for treatment is $55,000 and their break even I believe is around 6 patients per month? So really a very small amount of patients to break even. It is expected that they will pay for their operating expenses and be current on their debt with the patients that they are treating now per month. Very Positive! Also taking steps to increase exposure.. through greater distribution efforts.
Bottem line is this is one of the company that is on the cusp of new generation of treatments. Should be trading much higher then less then a penny!!
Just became current with the OTC, so the E was removed. This stock was trading at .55 cents pps 7 months ago. Stem cell stocks tend to have huge runs, see CTIC. Float is tiny, only about 26 million shares last reported. Expecting a big run soon on this one. Quarterly report should be out by the 15th of June.
AS is under 90 million and the float is lastly reported to be a miniscule 26 million. E was just removed, so they are current with the OTC and are expecting quarterly financials soon. After researching other stem cell stocks.. see STEM, I believe this one will be the next big runner in that sector.
Looks interesting here, looking into RCLL, but have a couple other companies I'm watching. Whats going on here in RCLL land? I'm just looking for some opinions, still doing my DD.
Wish I could have gotten in here on that huge dip it took down to .0025, looks interesting though.
Can someone tell me the total shares issued and how many are outstanding?
Nice! RCLL is just primed here! Slow and steady.
Got in early on this one and will add more later this week.
I didnt know that you were compensated for your picks?
Yes I agree. This stock is undervalued at current PPS IMHO.
This stock could be the next CTIC that went from 0.01 to over 2 dollars. That's right 2 dollars. These stem cell stocks have been known for making monster moves. Here is some DD for you guys. http://pennystockwhispersblog.blogspot.ca/2012/05/rcll-regenocell-therapeautics-01.html
I agree. Filings should be coming out soon this month. Things could get very interesting.
True but great oppty to add on dips
Lol Gm u get around weeeeeer u like this one I am in waiting
I expect the volume to pick up very soon.. Somebody wants to accumulate shares. Right now they can sit back and accumulate with a lower bid, the ask is very thin. Dont know what the MMs are hiding, but think we will see some explosive moves upwards.. hopefully soon!
Nice. Great day today!
Quarterly report should be out early next week. Hopefully this will be a trigger to get the stock moving. Strong bids for the past two days at 5s. Quarterly report, some news and we are off to the races. Somebody definitely wants shares.
Many stocks slow since the markets taking a big beating. Patience will be rewarded. Hmmm I wonder whos loading up these cheapies :)
RCLL is showing signs of life; up 48% on 19K shares traded.
Slow day, somebody wants about a half a million shares for 0.005. Ask is bone thin, this might get interesting soon.
Brought down on low volume, could have been MM games. Believe me there are some experienced traders here. Also those bids were hidden by the MMs so whoever sold could not have seen it on level 2.

Stem cells have the remarkable potential to develop into many different cell types in the body during early life and growth. In addition, in many tissues they serve as a sort of internal repair system, dividing essentially without limit to replenish other cells as long as the person or animal is still alive. When a stem cell divides, each new cell has the potential either to remain a stem cell or become another type of cell with a more specialized function, such as a muscle cell, a red blood cell, or a brain cell.
Stem cells are distinguished from other cell types by two important characteristics. First, they are unspecialized cells capable of renewing themselves through cell division, sometimes after long periods of inactivity. Second, under certain physiologic or experimental conditions, they can be induced to become tissue- or organ-specific cells with special functions. In some organs, such as the gut and bone marrow, stem cells regularly divide to repair and replace worn out or damaged tissues. In other organs, however, such as the pancreas and the heart, stem cells only divide under special conditions.
Until recently, scientists primarily worked with two kinds of stem cells from animals and humans: embryonic stem cells and non-embryonic "somatic" or "adult" stem cells. The functions and characteristics of these cells will be explained in this document. Scientists discovered ways to derive embryonic stem cells from early mouse embryos nearly 30 years ago, in 1981. The detailed study of the biology of mouse stem cells led to the discovery, in 1998, of a method to derive stem cells from human embryos and grow the cells in the laboratory. These cells are called human embryonic stem cells. The embryos used in these studies were created for reproductive purposes through in vitro fertilization procedures. When they were no longer needed for that purpose, they were donated for research with the informed consent of the donor. In 2006, researchers made another breakthrough by identifying conditions that would allow some specialized adult cells to be "reprogrammed" genetically to assume a stem cell-like state. This new type of stem cell, called induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), will be discussed in a later section of this document.
Stem cells are important for living organisms for many reasons. In the 3- to 5-day-old embryo, called a blastocyst, the inner cells give rise to the entire body of the organism, including all of the many specialized cell types and organs such as the heart, lung, skin, sperm, eggs and other tissues. In some adult tissues, such as bone marrow, muscle, and brain, discrete populations of adult stem cells generate replacements for cells that are lost through normal wear and tear, injury, or disease.
Given their unique regenerative abilities, stem cells offer new potentials for treating diseases such as diabetes, and heart disease. However, much work remains to be done in the laboratory and the clinic to understand how to use these cells for cell-based therapies to treat disease, which is also referred to as regenerative or reparative medicine.
Laboratory studies of stem cells enable scientists to learn about the cells' essential properties and what makes them different from specialized cell types. Scientists are already using stem cells in the laboratory to screen new drugs and to develop model systems to study normal growth and identify the causes of birth defects.
Research on stem cells continues to advance knowledge about how an organism develops from a single cell and how healthy cells replace damaged cells in adult organisms. Stem cell research is one of the most fascinating areas of contemporary biology, but, as with many expanding fields of scientific inquiry, research on stem cells raises scientific questions as rapidly as it generates new discoveries.
