American Mn obtains funding for battery recycling pilot
2021-08-13 14:10 ET - News Release
Mr. Larry Reaugh reports
AMERICAN MANGANESE RECEIVES FUNDING TO ADVANCE LITHIUM-ION BATTERY RECYCLING PROJECT IN COLLABORATION WITH ITALVOLT
American Manganese Inc. is receiving advisory services and funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP) to support a pilot project, entitled, "Demonstration of Continuous Recycling of Cathode Material from Lithium-ion Battery Production Scrap." This funding is delivered through NRC IRAP's Fast Pilot in Foreign Markets (FPFM) program, designed to help innovative Canadian small and medium-sized businesses overcome barriers to global market entry and facilitate direct adoption of technology in foreign markets.
In collaboration with Italvolt, American Manganese will model, commission and test a lithium-ion battery cathode material recycling demonstration plant to include continuous operation with specific cathode waste processing objectives, such as capacity, extraction efficiency and material purity.
Italvolt plans to build one of Europe's largest lithium-ion battery gigafactory in Scarmagno, Italy. In March, 2021, American Manganese signed a memorandum of understanding with Italvolt to collaborate on developing a commercial recycling plant using the company's patented RecycLiCo technology alongside Italvolt's gigafactory.
"The collaboration with American Manganese is about to significantly accelerate our goals to become fully sustainable battery manufacturer," said Lars Carlstrom, founder and chief executive officer of Italvolt. "We are very impressed with the innovation and skills the collaboration can add to Italvolt; the circular economy is no longer just a vision -- it's about to become a reality, AMY will set new standards for the industry, and we at Italvolt are very proud to be a part of this project."
"Lithium-ion battery waste is a global concern, and we are thankful for the FPFM program and the opportunity to collaborate with Italvolt and validate our RecycLiCo process to the global market," said Larry Reaugh, president and chief executive officer of American Manganese. "We are extremely pleased with the support from NRC IRAP."

ORIGINAL: American Manganese Reports Rocher Deboule IP Geophysical Crew to Test “Vent Zone” IOCG Target
2021-07-07 04:00 ET - News Release
SURREY, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 7, 2021 / American Manganese Inc. (TSXV:AMY)(OTCQB:AMYZF)(FSE:2AM) ("AMY" or the "Company") reports the Rocher Deboule IP (induced polarization) geophysical crew will test "Vent Zone" IOCG targets, with drilling expected to follow on the Company's Rocher Deboule copper-gold property, located south of New Hazelton, BC.
The Rocher Deboule deposit has had historic production of 36,457 tonnes containing 2,167,780 grams of silver, 133,676 grams of gold and 2,557,433 kilograms of copper between 1915 and 1929. Recent fieldwork involving rock and soil sampling of the western portion of the claims has revealed potential for "Iron Oxide Copper Gold" (IOCG) deposit types approximately 1-2 km west of the historic production. The Victoria No 3 Vein trends west towards Upper Cretaceous Kasalka Fm volcanic-hosted garnet-sericite-illite-quartz-calcite-chlorite-actinolite alteration in an area where American Manganese fieldwork in 2019 identified a well-defined redox-cell soil-gas hydrocarbon (SGH) anomaly and in addition to th e IOCG targets, IOCG-related geochemical anomalies including elevated findings of several rare earths (Lanthanum and Cerium). The Vent Zone (redox cell) is located approximately 1-2 km west of historic mine production, and American Manganese plans to test the area with induced polarization (IP) geophysical surveying.
American Manganese anticipates drilling the geophysical targets identified in the survey after the IP survey is completed, as well as the high-grade portions of the No.2 & No.4 Veins of the Rocher Deboule. Approval of the proposed work is subject to a pending permit application with First Nation and Ministry of Energy, Mines and Low Carbon Innovation. The proposed drilling will have a minimal footprint of disturbance because there are no access trails and roads required. All the drill moves will involve a helicopter to move the drill rig, with core storage located on a secure private property.

Loaded up last year but not enough. $10 maybe?
It seems having good potential.
Mining for plastics, and metals! And batteries. People chuck everything out when it breaks and they design everything to last 10 years or less. There are literally tons of valuable elements in those heaps. Get a robot to scrounge around in there you get aluminum, lithium, gold (old electronics) stainless steel the list goes on
Behind the swings, many see ordinary investors, stuck at home in the pandemic, swapping tips and hatching trading strategies on online forums like Reddit's WallStreetBets

Some stocks IHUB will let both CA. ticker and US ticker have messageboards.
Yet, other stocks they will not.
No wonder all your post were/are confussing you have me running everywhere.
It's bizarre how almost all day the USA ticker AMYZF was trading ABOVE the Canadian ticker AMY, and on huge volume. The former was up 34% and the latter was down nearly 15%.
WTF?? Did the loonie just come up to par with the USD???
takes money to pump a stock---easier if a large short is there,
pumps are for punks---busy with -- drugs or life style
example------.
AMY.v / AMYZF - I dislike having to say it, but i suspect that the immense trading vol. here the past few days is some big owner of shares running up the shareprice and then selling into volume. It's certainly happened before with any number of stocks. It's happened at least once with AMY, especially back in 2016.
My surmise is that sometime into 2021, the shareprice will fade down another 30% or so, to maybe about 20-30% higher than where it traded for much of 2019-2020 (except for those ultra-low pandemic-induced prices).
Hey I like that - but never do well with the “trend lines” ....And I just like to lop the heads/wicks off ..... ;)
Not a pretty pic but I wouldn’t mind .28 if it goes back there? 28? 28?
I think, if my memory serves, what was also “fundamentally-appealing” is that there was financing at .23 without warrants included in the deal .... unlike previous ones with a bit of a glass ceiling there ....
Anywhoooo! AMY / AMYZF .... we go way back and I love her dearly !!
Stay well & “profit on” :) !!!
What an organic beauty eh NowWhat2!?! Thanks for providing the pretty pictures :) cheers !!
Awww man.....Thing's actually becoming tempting here (what given the decline today)
High .72 (like, wo ! Not shown !) Low .49 Last .50 - Bid .485 Ask .49
Tempting because the spike-up was only on just 2.5 million Bucks$$$$
Which, for some reason I find that up on 2.5 mil to be "appealing"
If it were to retreat all the way to say .40 ?.......I think for SURE I would be a buyer
Or wait......Why the SELL Dollar-Volume is at 2 million bucks already today.....(little wonder what-with the many long-term buy and holders) jumping at an opportunity to at last book swell profits
So, it COULD get some selling all the way down to .40 (by those who aren't familiar with how T.A. charts work )
Come on Baby.......Come to Papa......
That's my little girl.......(AMY)
Bid 48 Ask 50 cents...........on 4 million shares !
I never left you, AMY!! I have always believed in your lithium recycling technology !!!!
my market following is limited, and against putting out anymore cash
????
Like what ?....'Fraid I don't understand (that).....
ok, but things seem to have changed since May last year
