Below is a list of 101 preterist passages in the New Testament.1 This compilation puts an exclamation point to the radical nearness in time of the culmination of the last-days’ events. Note that some of these passages are clear and unmistakable, including such phrases as “must shortly take place,” “soon,” “near,” “at hand,” “this generation,” and “before some standing here taste death.” Others are not quite so obvious, such as “the axe is already laid at the root of the trees,” but also impart a sense of imminent fulfillment. Still others are addressed to a specific audience in the first century—so if we read “when YOU see,” a phrase often spoken by Jesus, we can be confident that He meant that those to whom He was speaking would see the fulfillment of his prophecy.
It is also important to understand the there are no passages in the New Testament that clearly say that the events would happen thousands of years later. Though some readers might prefer to read a distant future into certain texts, such interpretations are based on presupposition— reading something into the text (eisegesis)—rather than drawing from the text (exegesis). Biblical interpretation, properly done, attempts to glean from the text what the writer intended and how the original audience would have understood it.

Guess how the Buffalo shooter identified himself politically

The alleged supermarket killer is self-described as authoritarian left — so why isn't this being reported?

If the alleged Buffalo killer's "manifesto" is authentic, he was deep into communist ideology and now is an authoritarian leftist. Why is this being kept under wraps?

The teenager accused of murdering ten people last Saturday in Buffalo, N.Y. also allegedly posted a 180-page "manifesto" online that the national media are selectively exploiting, leaving out key facts. Why?

Please note that we're going to use the term chumbucket instead of the mass murderer's name, following in the tradition of the Zelman Partisans. We should all be aware of the phenomenon of media contagion, whereby wall-to-wall coverage, cynically exploited by the anti-liberty left for political purposes to suppress civil rights, also encourages further attacks.

Even though it makes perfect sense to avoid propagating the images and writings of these suspects so they don't encourage further attacks, it is entirely incorrect to cherry-pick the data to score cynical political points, while purposefully excluding other key facts that interrupt the nation's socialist media's chosen false narrative.

You can search all you want for the story, and there will be a myriad of versions that mention the alleged mass murderer and the "manifesto." Most of these will reference the latter as a news source, assuming that it is authentic. But they never actually provide factual backing to their reportage. Many have posted an image of the first pages. Others had additional images of other pages to collaborate the following quotes that were found that upend the national media's disinformation narrative (leaving in any typos):

Did you catch that? The chumbucket first admits to being "deep into communist ideology" at 12, then being in the "authoritarian left category." Have you seen that fact published anywhere except in the pro-freedom media? Have you seen that quote published anywhere?

You could assert that the "manifesto" isn't authentic, but that charge hardly holds up, since it would have been next to impossible for someone else to fake the "manifesto." This also raises the question of why the nation's socialist media are exploiting this document for their own cynical purposes. Is it "authentic" only when it says what the anti-liberty left wants it to say? Given these circumstances, Rolling Stone has gone and dialed the absurdity level up to eleven, with this ridiculous headline: "The Buffalo Shooter Isn't a 'Lone Wolf.' He's a Mainstream Republican" — claiming that this former communist, now admittedly of the "authoritarian left category," is a "mainstream Republican."

To make matters worse, the liberticidal leftist media are falling all over themselves to maximize their exploitation of this "serious crisis," attempting to leverage it into criticism of what is essentially the open border policy of the Biden administration. That is how this story has evolved over the past 24 hours.

We are seeing a dangerous pattern emerge with the nation's anti-liberty left. Leftists are perfectly willing to twist the truth into whatever knots are necessary to advance their socialist national agenda. World Health Organization Temporarily Withdraws Biden’s ‘Public Health Emergency’ Amendments

The World Health Organization withdrew 12 of the 13 amendments submitted by the Biden administration to alter the International Health Regulations at the World Health Assembly annual meeting, Reuters confirmed on Thursday.

As TGP reported, the proposed amendments to “Strengthen WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies” were surreptitiously submitted by Biden’s Health and Human Service Department to the WHO in January.

The amendments would reform the International Health Regulations of 2005 to delegate U.S. medical sovereignty to the WHO during a “public health emergency” or outbreak.

Upon approval WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and any of his successors would have unrestricted authority to implement WHO regulations.

Brazil, Iran, Malaysia and some African nations reportedly objected to incorporating the amendments and insists the modifications proposed by Biden should be consolidated in a new “Pandemic Treaty.”

In the long term, the vaccinated are far more susceptible to any mutations in the spike protein, even if they have already been infected and cured once or more. The unvaccinated, on the other hand, will gain lasting, if not permanent, immunity to all strains of the alleged virus after being naturally infected with it even once.

Federal law requires DOI to stick to a five-year leasing plan for auctioning offshore leases. The department had until the end fo the current five-year plan – due to expire on June 30 – to complete the sales.

Within his first week in office, President Biden signed an executive order temporarily suspending new oil and gas leases on federal lands. The administration resumed the new leasing last month following court challenges against the ban. The administration is appealing a ruling in which Judge James Cain, a Trump appointee, struck down the ban.

The Washington, D.C., District Court invalidated another Gulf of Mexico lease, lease 257, in January. The administration is not appealing the ruling, though it affects a separate lease from the ones the DOI spokesperson mentioned Wednesday.

"In Alaska, the problem was that the greens scared off virtually everyone," Milloy said. "It's expensive to explore and drill, and the greens made it pretty clear, they were going to make it even more difficult."

When former President Trump opened Alaska's Arctic National Wildlife Refuge for drilling, the lease sale attracted only three bidders, including the state of Alaska itself. Environmental activists have opposed ANWR drilling for decades, and Milloy suggested that pressure from climate activists scared oil companies away. That sale also took place in early 2021, amid the COVID-19 economic recession and when Biden – who had campaigned on restricting the oil industry – was about to become president.

"I blame Biden for all lack of production. He has scared away investment," Milloy told FOX Business. "I don't trust him in court defending leasing," he added, suggesting that the president will find "any excuse to not drill. They even tried to use the social cost of carbon decision to stop leasing."

Average gas prices in the U.S. have reached new record-highs in recent days, according to AAA's gas price calculator. The national average cost of a regular gas of gasoline hit $4.374 on Tuesday, a new record, and $4.404 on Wednesday, another record.

INFLATION SOARS 8.3% IN APRIL, HOVERING NEAR 40-YEAR HIGH

The prices come as the European Union edges toward oil sanctions on Russia amid the Kremlin's invasion of Ukraine. It also comes amid record-high inflation, with the consumer price index reaching 8.3% in April, hovering near March's 40-year high.

The White House has blamed Russian President Vladimir Putin for the record-high gas prices in the U.S., even coining the surge as the "#PutinPriceHike" and vowing that President Biden will do everything he can to shield Americans from "pain at the pump."

Biden, last month, announced that the Environmental Protection Agency will allow the sale of E15 gasoline – gasoline that uses a 15% ethanol blend – across the country this summer. Biden has also moved to release 1 million barrels of oil per day from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve for the next 6 months. The president is also calling on Congress to make companies pay fees on idled oil wells and non-producing acres of federal lands, aiming to incentivize new production.

Critics have blamed Biden for a "supply problem" in the market.

While the DOI acknowledged the lease cancelations, it celebrated the winners of a Carolina Long Bay offshore wind energy auction Wednesday.

"The Biden-Harris administration is moving forward at the pace and scale required to help achieve the President’s goals to make offshore wind energy a reality for the United States," DOI Secretary Deb Haaland said in a statement. "Together with an all-of-government approach, we can combat the effects of climate change while creating good-paying union jobs that can benefit underserved communities."

The Department of Interior and the American Petroleum Institute did not respond to after-hours requests for comment from FOX Business.

UNITED NATIONS -- Secretary-General Antonio Guterres accepted the resignation Sunday of the head of a United Nations agency that was under investigation for questionable investments.

Grete Faremo, a former Norwegian minister of justice and public security, had been undersecretary-general and executive director of the U.N. Office for Project Services since August 2014.

The office, headquartered in Copenhagen, says its mission is to provide “infrastructure, procurement and project management services for a more sustainable world.”

Faremo’s resignation was accepted on the day the New York Times reported that the agency made “a baffling series of financial decisions” that purportedly led to $25 million in losses.

The Times report followed an April 16 article in Devex, the media platform for the global development community by Brussels-based writer Ilya Gridneff, titled: “What went wrong with UNOPS’ ambitious impact-investing initiative?”

That article said the investigation focused on a series of loans from the agency to a Singapore-based company that received tens of millions of dollars to develop plans to build more than 1 million affordable homes in six countries. “Today, the entire project is stalled, UNOPS is owed tens of millions of dollars, and no houses have been built,” it said.

Devex quoted an unidentified spokesperson for the agency as saying that “steps are being taken to recover all outstanding amounts regardless of the source of activities.”

The U.N.'s internal watchdog had been investigating the transactions.

U.N. spokesman Stephane Dujarric said Faremo’s resignation was effective Sunday. He said Jens Wandel of Denmark, a former special adviser to the secretary-general on reforms, will serve as acting head of the agency while a new executive director is recruited.

“The secretary-general is grateful for Ms. Faremo’s commitment and dedicated service to the organization,” Dujarric said in a statement.

He would not comment beyond the statement when asked whether Guterres asked for Faremo's resignation.
