Possible RR goes lower. UK will extend further being the cases continue to escalate. Its a long term hold for me. Not a flip for 10 cents gain. Additional100k -200k shares 10 -15 .cents lower I really don't mind at all.

True, However, a good majority of the downtrend had to do with large funds liquidating being the fund was no longer meeting income objectives for its shareholders. Post-covid we should see RR going over $5.
Good chance dividend will be reinstated, However, don't be surprised if RR announces a capital placement offering prior especially if unwritting environment is favorable compare to Oct 2020 bond offering.
