PHLH... CEO owns/controls 80% of shares and all are restricted, per company IR (Tina). There are other restricted shares out there so she estimated the float is 15-20% of O/S (approx 500M).

Revenues are 60M...

Looking for pennies next week... gap into the closing. Something appears to be coming, company was tight-lipped. Said news only released in PRs and filings.

Follow me here, .10 is a no brainer if you do some comparison .20 may take a little longer (Like before X-mas)but follow me and I'll tell you why I think it's not only possible but actually probable... of course this is all IMHO people do your own DD PLEASE!

Look at PSC's initial move with "BRYN" from .02 cents to .24 cents in the last "6" trading days starting november 9th remember PSC tweeted on a Friday (a week ago)

With 80-90 million shares held tightly by company and family and management and discussion amongst some of us here on Ihub and the people I know that are holding shares tightly Our actual tradable shares are less than Bryns float I believe... Combine that with the rumor of PSC doing a Debt Reduction deal for part of their payment means that they'll be working this PROMO very hard IMHO because they have a real vested interest in the stock and company now that they've actually potentially purchased some or all of it's DEBT!!! Weeeeeee )

OK so let's compare the news releases and what could be coming for VGPR

After getting a tweet from PSC at .029 the Friday before last Bryn releases 3 PR's last week

1-BRYN Jumps on a speculative PR on closing a deal...

2-BRYN signs LOI Stock JUMPS! on potential of 45% stake in a GOLD claim only a LOI mind you

3-BRYN releases after hours PR on Friday clarifying the viability of the mine

NOW are you following me?

VGPR and the way this little stock moves get's tweeted on Friday at .02 (around the same price a BRYN did last Friday)

VGPR drops After hours PR about OTCBB, Green Valley and Georga and is sitting in Blue Sky territory for a monday morning opening... Along with a full head on push from PennyStockChaser that's at least a .03 to .04 cent open on Monday combined with the Push from PSC that hasn't even started yet really?

VGPR get's to see .05 cents and another PR regarding the Generator sets for Green Valley and the company that's supplying them and we go full force into the teens next week... If we hold out for the big money!!! Up your sell orders folks and we go through the roof!!!

The Kaboomage happens here!! VGPR sees multiple millions in State Funding for the Biomass facility in Georgia and we go past a quarter and it gets really interesting then...

My guestimate for EOW close for VGPR? If everything goes according to plan next week and the right people come in at the right time? We see .08 to .15 EOW next week...

I know the following short trading week for thanksgiving I'll be giving Thanks for our little energy company while sitting at the table smiling:)
