It's just a label. OTCM said that if you didn't file today, you weren't going to make it so they took the lead.

Plenty of SEC filers on EM since OTCM doesn't know they've filed.

OTCM doesn't have power to revoke a 15c2-11.

Once updated by the SEC many tickers will fall off the EM

BSSP may have been given a get out of jail hall pass today, With the SEC delaying suspension of companies that have submitted paperwork, but are not truly current yet till 1/03/22 to get their affairs' in order. I hope this plays out well for BSSP.

They're still CE no information, regardless of offerings. No one can buy after today except in the greys. I don't think any broker allows that.
