RB is el stinko today.

Couldn't even log on this morning. Now that I can, the most recent posts on a given board can't be read without typing in the message number.

It's causing people to make double, triple, even quadruple posts because after they hit SUBMIT, the post doesn't show.

Oh those Spaniards.

The funny thing about that big, red, angry ant (which I haven't seen in a while) is that somebody actually spent the man-hours doing it!

iHub itself has had some shaky moments lately too... maybe RB and iHub are in cahoots to "churn" posters back and forth. ;)

I don't think Raging Bull is ever going to restore the posts prior to 2003 (not that anyone else thinks they will...)

One clue is that if you find a board that hadn't received any posts during 2003 or 2004, and you post on it, it gives you post #1, overwriting whatever post was there from 2002 or earlier. It's kind of fun actually.

Plus, one guy claims he learned from Lycos legal that when complying with a subpoena, RB can't provide any posts prior to 2003, EXCEPT for those posts that had already been deleted prior to 2003 due to TOS violations (deleted posts residing in a different archive).

Bummer. I wanted the old posts back.

Today I got a warning. Ostensibly it was for "spam...Stay on topic". In reality, I have no doubt that it resulted from three posts I made on the SUGG board last night, complaining about their arbitrary and senseless TOS policies.

Oddly, they didn't remove the messages. I suppose that would have given the game away to everyone.

Why? You have been told for the last few weeks that your site is not working. And what do you do? You give the same boilerplate answer that your TOS reporting system sends...we are aware and are looking into it. Blah blah blah...

Stop making excuses & fix this POS site. You have taken something that was fair at best & sent it right into the turlet. Well, you know both Lisa and Dobry from SI. That should tell you why the complaints don't make much sense. Dobry's got it into his head that we're Islamic terrorists (it seems I handle the counterfeiting of passports and money), and Lisa's playing along.

All this has essentially to do with their limitless hatred of Tony Elgindy. Both appear to feel he's responsible for everything wrong with our capital markets today.

As for the Asiavest guy, he's also well-known at SI and RB. Since his business partly involves the markets (alas he appears to have bought the "paid basher" myth), his identity is scarcely "private".

Needless to say, Pugs and Lisa want all the attention they can get, but they'd rather have us suspended so we can't counter their egregious lies.
