Through the agreement, Fairview physicians and their care teams will have access to robust data, tools and processes to more fully understand the health need profiles of our patient populations, establish care plans that ensure the patient’s well-being across the care continuum, and track the status of those care plans on a real-time basis. Ultimately, the relationship is about better care coordination for patients resulting in the right care at the right time and lower total cost of care.

No idea....Im clueless as to why a new company like Accretive Health, who just released awesome quarterly financials, and has no debt, no overhead, and great cashflow continues to drop in terms of their stock price. All the major banks and financial companies have buy orders and $17 dollar predictions, but this stock keeps dropping on very very low volume.....All I can do is buy more and hope that the stock goes back up in accordance with how the actual company is doing and not how people percieve it.

Some key factors of the report

Net services revenues for the second quarter of 2010 was $151.9 million, an increase of $26.2 million, or 21% over the second quarter of 2009.
Operating margin for the second quarter of 2010 was $33.9 million, an increase of $11.2 million, or 49% over the second quarter of 2009.
Income from operations for the second quarter of 2010 was $7.4 million, an increase of $4.5 million, or 155% over the second quarter of 2009.
Net income attributable to common shareholders for the second quarter of 2010 was $3.9 million, an increase of $1.3 million, or 48% over the second quarter of 2009.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA was $12.3 million for the second quarter of 2010, an increase of $6.3 million, or 105% over the second quarter of 2009.
Non-GAAP adjusted net income per diluted common share was $0.07 for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.
Diluted earnings per common share was $0.04 for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.

Oh, and I forgot to add that earnings come out Thursday at 7:30. They come out premarket, so all day thursday should be an interesting day. The stock seems oversold as well.

Accretive Health, Inc. (AH): Management Services Industry. Market cap of $1.03B, with the RSI indicator at 29.47. Short float at 5.4%, which implies a short ratio of 2.46 days. Current ratio of 0.94. The company is due to report on August 12.

With a RSI of only 29.47 this stock is undervalued and oversold in my opinion.

Ya, this stock hit my radar right when it came out. This company is in the health care field and works with the revenue cycle of hospitals. They have virtually no debt, great cash flow, and low overhead for such a young company.

I bought about 600 shares @ $12.00 and then averaged down the other day to about $11.40 by getting about 400 more shares.

The analysts seem to like the stock as well......

Accretive Health(AH) initiated at JP Morgan with an Overweight rating and $27 price target. 2010 EPS estimates of 22 cents.

Accretive Health(AH) initiated at Credit Suisse with an Outperform rating and $17 price target. The company is well-positioned to benefit from the positive long-term trends in the revenue cycle industry, Credit Suisse said.
