He has 60 days from Form 15 filing and usually gets it done sooner. No retail is not selling... Only 3 1000 blocks sold and bought mirroring L2 MM lots. If you read my post I think Lazar would max out float to around 4 million worst case scenario and closer to 2.5 medium case scenario so we are in a good place. There are RM plays with over 10 times our float trading at and over a dollar. People need to understand how fast this one can and will move IMO. He will have to sell to a company interested in uplisting if he is smart due to SS and Market cap potential. If that is the case VDPH will be a longer term hold for us as opposed to exit around/after RM breakout.
