Probably not in my opinion. Although there have been posters on this board that claim to have spoken to them and they say they are operating some business.

The biggest asset QOIL holds is not oil, but this:

The “rumor” is they are trying to bring it back from the dead. You can scroll through some old posts here on the board from Greekmillionaire that says he has been in contact with him and they actually have operations. But who really knows. There has been quite a bit of accumulation going on over the last few months for a dead stock, so maybe they are getting closer? Once again, who knows. That’s why these garbage stocks trade at .0001. LOL
