Probably not in my opinion. Although there have been posters on this board that claim to have spoken to them and they say they are operating some business.

The biggest asset QOIL holds is not oil, but this:

As of March 31, 2009 we had a NOL carryforward of $19,040,132.

If another company can take custodianship of QOIL and capture the NOL carryforward, that is some serious tax benefits there....

Question is IF it can be pulled off.
