Yep.
Never seen one in any of the otc stocks I’ve ever been involved with.
Basically we need a stock miracle ...
Looking into other tickers on the same position as we are in now, there have been some that have been pumped to get a rise in the pps. Not saying it’s going to happen, just that there is a possibility.
I know this is a joke but I would not be surprised to see a run on this at some point- could be days, weeks, months or never.
Yes, we need news and KABOOM!!.. too much going for this..
They have patents..$$$
They have Millions of dollars in royalties...$$$
They have a contract with Casele worth millions...$$$
They have millions in stock from VIVK...$$$
They have Matt on the BOD...$$$
Ammonia market is worth Billions...$$$
They have no debt...$$$
They have low float...$$$
Their share structure is sweet !$!$!
This is a no brainer !!!
Ok, everyone form a single line to buy my stock... don't rush.. there's plenty for all!!
It's like money in the bank!! (my bank, not yours LOL)
I couldn't resist....
I have a million shares at trip1 anyone wants buy...
What is QSIM in court about?
unless you attend the hearing you won't know what happened until the sec either updates or makes an order. those notices will appear on one of these links;
https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljdec.shtml
https://www.sec.gov/alj/aljorders.shtml
you can click on any previous orders for other companies to get a feel of how it works.
Lucky, where can we find the outcome of the hearing/ whether or not anyone showed up? TIA.
It does not mean it is getting delisted.
going grey does not mean that but the sec suing in court to revoke the registration does. you are using the wrong term. it's not "delisted". this stock has never been listed anywhere.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2019/34-86441.pdf
this will eventually be revoked.
odd thing is I am not seeing them listed on the Nevada Sos either anymore
If a stock goes onto the grays. It does not mean it is getting delisted.
Also when stock goes on to the grays it is not aloud to have a bid or a ask. This still has a bid and a ask for some reason. Maybe it will take a few more days to go on to the grays.
I wonder how long it takes for delisting? I didn't see any new filings from the SEC
Matt placed on BOD, then next 8K about the settlement, I’m thinking Matt had no idea about SEC removing ticker from OTC at first but that second 8K was cya move as they knew SEC was on them... As for buyer of the large lots... nice hear why...
Also, it’s only been two days but we haven’t had much volume. Not sure what restrictions the company has on selling shares but we have not had the huge blocks... yet. You’d think that whoever was buying them before can not be too happy right now... unless that was also part of the scam. Still not much of all this makes any sense.
Agreed, and I’m still not quite sure what that was all about. Now, it seems quite deceitful, but at the same time we know that they were also trying to settle debt.
I still think that they made things worse for themselves by having the sec shut them down and have opened themselves up to multiple lawsuits. That’s about the only thing I can see that would force them to clean things up and get going again, so they don’t have to deal with it.
They need to give an update to shareholders, not that they will though.
This 8K is puzzling or purposefully deceitful... wtf Matt thinking?
On March 1st, 2019, the Company added Matt Nicosia to the board of directors with the intent to assist management in restructuring remaining debt on the balance sheet, raising capital, and evaluating additional technologies and acquisitions to increase shareholder value.
8K
Do you know when and where we’d see an update, if at all?
Based on what I’ve seen from some of the other tickers, this still could move up if the company released some information. Who knows if they will though.
when will they get back their market makers?
Is this still in the "Grey Market" ?
Lets see if they try to dump 100 million shares at closing bell
Trading back again.now this can't be short at all.
Looks like 3m just went through at 1
Me too, no takers I guess. And haven’t seen anything about the outcome from the sec either, though that may still be a few days away.
Trading resumed today https://otce.finra.org/otce/tradingHalts
I was able to place a sell order lol
There's been no update from the SEC that I can find.
I don't see how this can even be considered a lottery ticket at this point.
Anyone able to trade any shares today?
after tomorrow we should see if the company did anything or just let qsim die and investors with it :( The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension of trading in the securities of the following issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m. EDT on July 24, 2019 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on August 6, 2019: ·
I thought the stock cannot be quoted, how does this price come up?
To the Mods of this board, I guess it's time to finally remove all of the very outdated Nano Catalyst info from the Company profile section.
I suppose it doesn't make as much of a difference at this point but I've felt it terribly misleading for a long time. Ever since they sold off their assets.
what about it? rbdc was never suspended by the sec. the company filed to de-register their stock and become a non reporting company well over a decade ago. as a non reporting company they can't be delinquent.

lucky,mydog.... You're a sharp guy with seemingly solid information. Thanks for taking the time to post it here for the rest of us.
With what you've provided, I personally feel this is headed for revocation. I'm looking forward to seeing what happens with the gray market trading.
Good luck to all of us. I don't know why anyone would want to buy this but maybe find one of those guys that were buying the big blocks.
My understanding is once this is revoked, we become stock holders in a private company. I wonder if they can reverse split and or cancel shares once that happens to get rid of all of us. Then get relisted under another name.
so very sorry but emge was not suspended for delinquency. they were suspended for suspected fraud. next.
https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2009/34-60745-o.pdf
perhaps you could show just one example.
Many stay grey for years . some come back . going to grey does not mean it will be revoked . there is a path out of grey if the company chooses to pursue it .
I honestly think this isn't over yet and it will resurface.
May take awhile. And I'm wrong as often as I'm right lol.
QSIM
I can’t argue with that assessment, it certainly doesn’t look good for us. It’ll be interesting to see how this trades when we’re on the grays- never done it so don’t really know what to expect.
The only thing I can see that would save us partially is if Matt or Kevin we’re to chime in that they are working with the SEC, blah, blah, blah... I’m not expecting anything though and have to guess at this point that it’s over.
Let’s see if anyone has the decency to inform shareholders of the final SEC outcome in a couple of weeks.
Still want to know what was going on with those large blocks though.
did search on the web.to see what grey or gray market means.
companies are on the grey market for various reasons. some smaller, thinly traded companies, like regional banks, prefer to be on the grey market. also, many foreign companies are on the greys. the companies that do get off the greys are new companies that are awaiting a form 211 from a market maker or a listing on an exchange. companies on the greys due to delinquency suspension don't get off until they are revoked.
Good, I'm glad the article is wrong. They were pretty specific and it's a well written article that seems to reference research and was just written in December of 2018 so info in the Article is fresh.
How did you discover the inaccuracy? Can you provide your sources ?
Thanks

QSI has patented a process to manufacture high-performance nanocatalysts. These nanocatalysts increase the rate of chemical reactions and, therefore, production efficiency in multi-billion dollar industrial chemical plants.
As much as 90% of all chemical processes utilize catalysts (oil refining, pollution abatement, and production of fuels and chemicals) and nearly 60% of all consumer and industrial products (fertilizers, plastics, pharmaceuticals and batteries) are made using catalysts.
QSI’s lead chemical focus is ammonia synthesis, which is critical to the global food supply. More than 80% of ammonia output is used as agricultural fertilizer for food production (supplying 50% of all human protein consumed). The approximately $100 billion USD of ammonia produced annually consumes 1-2% of the world’s energy supply, and nearly 5% of natural gas.
There are hundreds of ammonia plants in operation globally that could run more efficiently, and benefit from QSI’s catalyst accelerator technology.
A multi-billion dollar global industry, catalysts are essential to the world’s industrial production. As much as 90% of all chemical processes rely on the use of catalysts (including oil refining, pollution abatement, and production of fuels and chemicals). 60% of all consumer and industrial products (including fertilizers, plastics, pharmaceuticals and batteries) are made with the use of catalysts.
Current global catalyst markets are in excess of $16 billion annually. Because of the need for cleaner fuel and more energy-efficient processes, world demand for catalysts is forecast to increase at 5.3% per year to $21 billion in 2019.
Nanocatalysts sales are projected to reach $6 billion by 2018, and will play a critical role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the generation, storage and use of energy. (Sources: Freedonia Group, Global Industry Analysts, Inc.)
