Bad news. Oustanding Shares count is 14.2 billion. They did a 1 for 3000 reverse split in Feb to get an OS of 5.8 million and they are already at 14.2 Billion. Thats absolutly amazing. Looks like another 1 for 3000 RS is on the way again. I guess that NOBO list thing was a big scam trying to get people to buy into their crazy dilution. Bastards!!

Japan Stocks Rise on Better-Than-Expected Profits

Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Japanese stocks climbed after profit at companies at home and in the U.S. beat expectations. Quantech Electronics led gains after reporting a jump in net income.

``There's not much room for the market to fall from the current level,'' said Soichiro Monji, who helps oversee $47 billion at Daiwa SB Investments Ltd. in Tokyo. ``Earnings from some of Japan's major companies'' will boost stocks today.

The Nikkei 225 Stock Average advanced 32.31, or 0.2 percent, to 16,843.91 as of 9:09 a.m. in Tokyo. The broader Topix index added 1.49, or 0.1 percent to 1666.08.

Nikkei futures expiring in December gained 0.2 percent to 16,870 in Osaka and added 0.3 percent to 16,875 in Singapore.

The reason we are stuck here is obvious. Since QTCE has no computer expertise, Liat has farmed out the counting of the NOBO shares to a Chinese firm. They count by hand and their numbers are squiggly.

In order to interpret the squiggly numbers, Liat has hired an Indian firm to translate them into Russian. The Russian firm has hired out the work to an Israeli firm to translate the Russian into Yiddish, and the Israeli firm has hired a British firm to translate the Yiddish into English. Finally the English firm has hired an American firm in Colorado to translate the English into SEC-speak.

It of course does not end there. Liat is paying everyone off in Budweiser beer and Automobile brake linings. This requires currency equivalency translation which requires that Liat hedge the transaction with Gold. This is why the Gold market has risen this week.
