But I agree with the continual investments that are put into the company is hard to ignore...I believe that the first year that came and went was just the start.

I picked up some more shares of QGSI for short-term trading purposes on Friday at a 15.3 rough average. I am looking for a strong push back over the 20 or 30 cent level "reasonably" soon. With the financing news last week, I am viewing pullbacks under that 20-cent price level as potentially attractive trade opportunities.

Although the company has struggled to generate revenue, one thing I find quite interesting is the ability of QGSI to attract some significant amounts of investment at relatively favorable-to-the-company terms. That $1M investment at 20 cents is hard to ignore. And the continued loyalty of the convertible note holders (1-year strike price at 25 cents) is pretty impressive. It looks like David Daniels (who now has about $450K of those 25-45 cent notes) added another $100k when the stock was trading below 10 cents.

One of the more interesting convertible additions during the last quarter was that $100K amount from Hybrid Financial (the Canadian investor relations/marketing firm). In the explanatory column QGSI did not mark this as "services". Whether this note was actually an investment by Hybrid or it was for services, I view this as a somewhat bullish sign by Hybrid.

Definitely getting a "gut feeling" that something significant is approaching (either a major corporate development/announcement and/or a sustained push to a much higher price range). The investments, Govin Misir's involvement, etc., all seem to be pointing toward that. Leonardo Cardoso made a another comment last week about anyone shorting the stock......

Yeah it was but remember that this annual report was up until May 2021 so I believe the next 2-3 quarterly reports as well as upcoming PR news/events will be positive. I think some of the sellers were simply doing profit taking. It would be very difficult to envision this company all of a sudden taking a nosedive. I believe Friday was the flush that needed to happen for this to start moving upwards. Just my opinion.

Annual report actually dropped after hours. Another quarter/year with no revenues and expenses increased significantly. The company’s technology is fascinating but they have demonstrated no ability to generate income to date. Will be a big couple quarters for them. All my opinion.

I'd say stock needed some cooling off. It had a busy week of news pumps. If I've learned anything this stock always gives you another chance which is why I sold around .18 and .2 again - same thing as last pump up.

Also, I believe their financials should be due out sometime and they've yet to post any revenue of significance. I'm hopeful they're headed in the right direction but until that happens, I'm guessing we'll continue to see some swings here. I feel like basing in the .12-.14 range and holding would be a good sign.

Thanks for the great post. Very interesting that Leonardo tweeted that. Looks like things are finally coming around for the company. I also believe their fiscal year just started so I would be curious what they have to say on their annual report which should be coming soon.

Last couple/few months have been interesting......

Interesting to see that they put up financial projections on their corporate presentation. It was there earlier in the year then removed it and now it's back.

I find the restoration of the financial projections in the corporate presentations to be eye-brow raising. After QSGI removed those projections many months ago, I just assumed it was because they did not have confidence in those numbers. But the company appears to be reiterating its subscriber/revenue targets now. Quite interesting.

Since the adjustments to the management/advisory team began in May, Wayne Welter appears to have taken a much more active role in the company now.

One thing I have found a bit interesting/intriguing is the Co-Pilot product that started appearing on the website a couple/few months ago. It appears to be a feature that brokers can embed directly into their trading platforms. The product overview presentation that can be downloaded from the QGSI website shows Co-Pilot embedded into a CGQ trading platform. As far as I am aware, QGSI has not mentioned anything about this product.

Last year (I think it was around September/October) I had mentioned that Vikal Kapoor's Seven Train Ventures firm had apparently done some type of advisory work for QuantGate. It is possible this is nothing more than just some late updating/housekeeping on the part of Seven Train, but it is interesting to note that within the last two months or so Seven Train started including QuantGate in the venture development (strategic advisory) section of website. Again, it might not actually be something meaningful at this point, but I do find the timing to be kind of interesting.......

The stock was at 04x when I posted this and it was 8 trading days ago. Can you believe this stuff? Without any stellear news or anything announced besides that rewrite of the software. The OTC is just crazy and has always been lol.

I believe that things are going to finally start rolling. Their biggest issue is getting revenue. Once it's established that they're generating decent revenue, big buys will follow up.

Refreshing to see that we can move up as well for a change. That seller from some months ago who whacked the stock basically 5 seconds after some news came out is definitely gone. Trading relatively clean today, not many sellers if you consider that we made a good move from the low's lately. Hoping that we finally get something tangible here.
