BID .50 ASK .70 SEE THAT
Let me tell you something i have done some extensive DD on this if you see fe month back this stock crashed from a dormant almost $4 price to a low of 1 cent this i believe was due to a probale default by that particular investor and probably the bank sold at the market price this i believe was kown to investor who made that last filing for that 7% holding he acquired. He was aware that this was a bluechip in the making the company was unaware of this incident and issued a press releaase that they were not involved in the particular day tradings when 4 mio and 11 mio shares tradet over 2 days.
The floating stock in this very low almost you could say nill its now between the company and this particular investor oly.The public holding may not be more than 5% that too it was only those who could buy in those 2 days after which it reached 40 cents.
Now its very clear either this investor has to sell back to the management or in the markets the company naturally would like to buy possibly that block at a discount which the investor may not be agreed too.Hence he is craeting this occuward trades and selling at what eve best price he could get from 5 to 20 cents.
Well as shrewed investor we should play our games,i am putting a bid at as low as .015 for buying may be you too possibly do the same this will compell the MMs and the investor to bring the ask down once we are able to buy that for cheap more investor would be attracted looking at the discounted price..There has not been any insider sale for last 3 years what ever might have happened it might be between them selves transfer of stock.
I feel the fundamental of this stock are very very bright look and goolge ferrari they have recently signed with ferrari whihc would be using their mobile solutions for their fans, the BT contract continuos investment and funding the company is getting, companies like microsoft abd google are looking for possibl such buy out tragets.
This software is i feel much better than skype which you know was just peanuts few years back but now valued almost 3 Bio.
Once people get teh attention of this stock there would be nothing left in the market to buy i am long and putting continuos bids from .01 to ,015 lets not put highere bids this investor if he gets desperate might sale or may be if he is more clever than us might also be shaking weak hands for those who have bought this at .40 so that thye sell and he buys them out interesting
man wish I had some cash as there are some real cheapies that someone just got.
see the filings there is one guy who holds that somewhere around 7% looks he is playing i feel the company is not involved in this at all soon possibly you could see the bid go up,I bet you will possibly not get any stock below .19
Can now get some cheapies at .15 Maybe they tried to close the gap some to encourage some trading. But whatever the reason these shares will be able to be sold at much higher prices for sure.
see i told this is erratic the bid .10 the ask .20 thats why no one is showing interest at the moment
I couldn't agree with you more. I did see those filings in regards to the funding, which tells me there is great comfort and confidence in Qnectives technology. Do you have any timeframe on your price projections as I too believe this is heading to dollar land?
The problem is this stock is really erratic i nature it was me who put the bid at .19 but i did not get the quantity i had bid some how it looks the MMs in this are playing i had bid for 100000 shares while it was showing in small lots.
Well i am down to my average i have see the website and studied all the filings this company i feel surely is possibly $5 stock people will laught at me but believe me i think the technology this company has is much better than Skype and others and its quite economical the new board looks very strong possibility that MSN or google might look at it for in future.
The float is too low and once the news spreads people would be chasing this stock.
If you read the BT cintrcat they have an option to buy an equity in the stock, further its amazing to see how much private funding this company is getting 2 Mio at few times that too placement at a price of $2 share read the filings,i am buying more but will waith for those dips and weak hands to get washed up
Now bid jumped to .19 and ask still the same.
Right now on my level 2 I see bid .17 and ask at .25 then .44, .51, .66 Very Very thin. So once any good news or volume comes in it will rise in a blink of an eye.
Could possibly see some n ice contracts her ein the pipeline soon as well seeing those top guys they put on the advisory board with many connections to the big guns.
the level 2 shows much diffrence than the actual ask of .20 next is .22 .25 and than straight .40 well i was already in this at .36 than made soem average when it came down to .18.lets hope it goes up in the near future the company is very weak in investor communication.they should hire one good PR firm, lets see how they report the coming quarter
Yes also this sector is starting to get attention from the big boys. A few weeks ago there was mention on CNBC that Google was going to be acquiring similar tech that QNTV provides.
Like you say VERY small float here. Hence why I believe current prices are a steral and probably not much stock avaliable at such low levels.
yeah but there is not much volume i have been doing soem DD on this the company looks to be weak in communications with the investors,i have gone through the BT contract that is a solid one but they are still report any revenues neverthless i feel this is surely a stock for the future as the floating stock is too low i intend to buy
They have some top people they added to their advisory board and have existing contract with BT immo, which is huge.

I believe this company is flying under many peoples radar. Any volume and it heads over $1 imo. Just look at how light the offer is. Not many want to seperate with their shares at such low levels.

Wow, Anyone see that last segment on CNBC? Talked about Google going to be making 1 acquisition per month and they were all in the mobile applications sector. They are looking for applications similar to what Qnective offers; could see a major move in this stock shortly as interest picks up in this niche now.
Qnective, Inc. (QNTV.OB) – Enabling VoIP for Mobile Communications
Gartner, Inc., a $1.6 billion dollar company traded on the New York Stock Exchange is the leading information technology research and advisory company in the world today. Just several months ago, Gartner concluded that end to end mobile IP may account for half of all wireless phone calls made in the world within 10 years. In fact, Gartner researchers see VoIP as “a huge and direct challenge to the $692.6 billion global mobile voice market. Another leading research firm, Disruptive Analysis, predicted that VoIP for 3G users would exceed 250 million by the end of 2012.
One of the hottest new technological challenges is to implement VoIP on a cell phone. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a general term for a family of transmission technologies for delivery of voice communications over IP networks such as the Internet or other packet-switched networks. While the emergence of VoIP, or voice-over-Internet protocol, technology has already helped push down the cost of making a phone call, now it’s starting to have a deflationary impact on the world of mobile communications.
VoIP works by establishing a high speed broadband connection through a router and a VoIP gateway. When a phone call is made, the router sends the phone call through the Internet. The VoIP gateway then transmits the signal into a digital format. Once the signal reaches the recipient, it is then converted into an audio format that can be understood by the recipient. However, just like a computer or a website, your device needs software to make the process user friendly and to convert the data into a discernible audio format.
Qnective, Inc. is a software producer which is focused on designing, developing and marketing innovation software for VoIP applications within the mobile communications industry. At this moment, hardly any high-quality VoiP applications are available for mobile telecommunications. The company was incorporated in 2005 in the United States but most of the company’s current operations are in Europe. One of the most impressive characteristics of Qnective is the company’s Advisory Panel, consisting of various internationally renowned telecommunications specialists such as Jose Collazo, Paul Barry and Joseph Nançoz. With over 30 employees, the company has completed a product line which is being deployed in the market place. Qnective believes that it currently provides the highest quality suite of software solutions for VoIP communication for mobile phone users in the market place today. The goal is to provide mobile phone users a platform with unlimited time allotments for a small fixed fee.
The current product offering is comprehensive.
Qmessenger - Qmessenger is a software solution, which facilitates instant messaging on mobile end devices and Windows PCs. Qmessenger offers the opportunity of reducing costs, since the content is sent compressed using the data channel.
Qtalk - Qtalk is a “best of class” software solution enabling VoIP communications on mobile phones and Windows PCs. Qtalk is applicable in a multitude of networks (GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSPA, Wi-Fi) and while distinguishing itself with its user friendly handling.
Qtalk business, Qtalk secure and Qtalk secureServer provide software solutions through different levels of security and encryption depending on the end users’ security needs.
Qnective, Inc. is an astute company which is well positioned to take advantage of the massive opportunity developing for VoIP applications for mobile communications. With only 65 million shares outstanding, Qnective trades at a valuation of about $10 million. Nestled deep in Qnective’s public documents is one corporate goal – to capture 4% of the GSM marketplace within 5 years. GSM is used by over 3 billion people in the world. Do you see how huge QNTV is going to be!
Come on MM's get this puppy moving!
