Cash at beginning of period $ 50
Cash at end of period $ 50

I'm not sure how this is reconciled with the entry on page 6 where it states ...

Cash and cash equivalents $ 96,000

Were there $95,950 of "equivalents? If so, what exactly are they?

But there was no mention of a sales contract or where it was being shipped to. In any event, if she received money from sales of the product, there was no mention of a reorder, either.

Would love an explanation of where the cash infusion came from but like you said, we'll never know because she doesn't have to tell anyone.

In Nov. 2021 was when she posted videos on Twitter showing her on an assembly line. Supposedly she was shipping product in something called Tetrapak. If (IF) they were legit videos and if (IF) there was rev from that shipment, it might not have showed up until 1Q. But she gave no indication that it was revenue or what company was the recipient of the product on the first Q. Always a guessing game with Kate. That's why she loves non-filer alternative reporting. She can pretty much make anything up she wishes.

In order to supply product to these companies, Kate will need cash for production. I assume she can now issue shares? Current cash position as of last quarterly was $96,000. She needs more than that. Or will she go the death spiral financing route?

We don't know that there is an NDA in place.
Kate has previously been charged with perjury by the Court in a case involving QEDN
Step number one is to confirm that there actually is an NDA in place.

Since she is a lying piece of crap, I .suggest the only way to confirm that there is an actual NDA in place is to see the heading and dated signatures.

I'm East Coast. i need to shut down for the night. If any one of the old timers is monitoring, posting the 2017 Gov deal she claimed was in process might be helpful.

Some NDAs require you to not publicly disclose entrance into the NDA, but most do not.

There are two general types of NDAs.
1st: Secret negotiations of merger or buyout between two companies
2nd Usually between company and employee/subcontractor, relating to trade secrets or financial data.

The cat’s out of the bag as to 1st since she has blabbed the alleged NDA to the universe.

The 2nd is inapplicable because no company is going to divulge private information to a potential penny ante supplier of snacks.

And 3rd : Lest we forget: She is already committed to Nestles with a fictitious contract
AND
she has already claimed to be committed to an output contract to some company in Dubai for all output in 2022 and 2023.

Let’s see a print out of the NDA. Obviously, since she stated it exists, the document, itself is not a secret.

At very lease, show a redacted printout. Bare bones; show the document heading, and signatures. (with a date prior to today.
