There are two general types of NDAs.
1st: Secret negotiations of merger or buyout between two companies
2nd Usually between company and employee/subcontractor, relating to trade secrets or financial data.

The cat’s out of the bag as to 1st since she has blabbed the alleged NDA to the universe.

The 2nd is inapplicable because no company is going to divulge private information to a potential penny ante supplier of snacks.

And 3rd : Lest we forget: She is already committed to Nestles with a fictitious contract
AND
she has already claimed to be committed to an output contract to some company in Dubai for all output in 2022 and 2023.

Let’s see a print out of the NDA. Obviously, since she stated it exists, the document, itself is not a secret.

At very lease, show a redacted printout. Bare bones; show the document heading, and signatures. (with a date prior to today.
