Hi KB, I grabbed a partial fill of PURS a few days ago at .03 cents. Only got 5K shares. The RS was in 1995 and after that the last filings in late 1999 showed an OS of 666,192 shares.
Insiders (Alan Gelband) had control over about 50,000 shares and there were about 88 shareholders near the last filing. Hope this helps. I do believe you have found a low floater but the OS and float is a little more than 180K IMHO. Here is a link I posted a while back about PURS.

I am seeing some small trades taking place, but still no information, or news. I was told that some group from Asia had pick up most of the shares. What is most puzzeling is that the trading is allowed and the holder does not have to file with the SEC? Schwab would close out the shares, if they were worthless, but they don't seem to want to take that step. I just have a gut feeling that there is something up and this stock is coming to life again. With only 180,000 shares, it could be something worthwhile. Keweenaw Bay
