Yes, he's saying it's a shell - but wants that removed from OTC Markets. If you go to the disclosures section, you'll actually see the February 28 notice.

I hope he gets it right too. Prime Food Groups is only a 1 year marketing contract, and we don't know much about Santorini's other than it has 4 franchises.

Boy Saeb sure is trying isn't he? Did you see where he updated the non-shell status again yesterday? OTC Markets is showing another update as of February 28.

He mentions Prime Foods Group contract and Santorini's Grill. He also mentions hiring some employees with the intent of hiring more. Who knows? Maybe this really could start to move.

I don't see anything big, but I am intrigued by their business model. Marketing for Santorini's Greek Grill in Utah, perhaps with the intention of ultimately buying them out. This is the first company we've seen announced where they would attempt this model. In the PR from December 30, they talk about doing this with similar companies, and attempting to get partial or whole ownership of the most successful ones.

It might not be the worst idea. I could see them pursuing a bunch of lesser known brands that appear in food courts or just potentially less busy areas where you don't compete with the likes of McDonald's and Subway. That's kind of what I think they're trying to do here. Supposedly they're saying that people in Utah are interested in buying Santorini's Greek Grill franchises. Maybe they can be a big fish in a small pond, you never know. You have to start somewhere - this is how Subway started way back in 1965.
