It's what the doctor ordered. BAMM! Nice.

How's that for a retracement?
They are getting the tables ready for Friday..
looking weak today as market sells off. Hope we have a pm retracement on the markets.
Oil creeping and the stocks follow. DIG firming as oil stocks retrace here.
mb
***Searching and buying tiny companies with an edge for future growth at low prices***
When is OPEC supposed to meet? Tomorrow?
Oil price weak but oil stocks firm at base...
interesting. Still plenty of buying on all stock dips. Interesting. Maybe oil stocks lead the way???
mb
as oil declines sub $70...watching for uturn here but markets may need to come back first...
DIG stocks off 5%++...
OPEC to cut 4 mm bbl /day..... get on it OPEC...can you deliver?
Oil stocks coming off lows now.... %5-

Back to the main stable
SKF, FXP, TWM, and DUG. All green for me, and I'm skimming off the top.
I think we just have to be nimble, FXP up nice today, looking for a handful of Puts, DUG the same.
i did added more
I thought you had yesterday?
added a chunk of DIG Nov 35 calls here at 4.80
DIG is getting firm again as oil stocks are being acc'd quietly.
I think DIG definitely has something going on as oil may firm up here.
If our markets see green and move into 9500's...hmmmm.. bullish?
mb
***Searching and buying tiny companies with an edge for future growth at low prices***
still a flat day so far, big direction is yet unseen.
DUG moving up slightly, and this is an op to buy more DIG, and DIG calls. I sold a good chunk of DIG yesterday, and will put it back to work.
Oil will shine again, but the turmoil might last for a year or longer.
SKF, TWM, FXP will also rise after this latest anti-recession plan plan starts to fade.
Which way do we swing today, or do we trade flat(rare these days). My Wag, a green day.
GL
DUG may be the star of the day!
Its not my pick but it should have some good action to the plus side....for a few hours!
Portfolio showing down about 3% here...oil stocks. DIG DUG play
mb

Looks like we wander in the mid 35's for the open buy I like that
its holding firm despite oil's blip to the reload zone of $72.
DIG may come off for the a.m. but still looking for the play to rise as more pressures arrive. OPEC needs to make a bold statement for oil to have some buoyancy.
mb

Too rich for me! Give me stock plays under $50!
This thing needs to do one thing or another>>Get to $200 so I can short it or get to $100 so I can buy it!! lol
SKF L@@King good today
I don't think that oil madness is coming back on a fast train.
I do think that oil will stabilize upward....with ups and downs along the way.
mb
I was buying last week, moving on some options, and I AM READY for Oil MADNESS.
I have some DUG I'll hold on to until the premium runs out, JUST in case, I sure wish I had a Working crystal ball. With the Volatility, a straight up Straddle is a pure winner, but I like to weight one side larger. I'm in play with UYG as well, but DIG should stretch farther. In the Roth's, I'm scaled back, I just trade for the freebies, and run with them, no way I'll be all in for a while, unless Oil makes a multi-week move(do stocks even do that anymore), along with at least one other sector.
Asian markets kind-of flat(little bit perky), I fear for late morning for my Solar stocks(cheaper than ????).
Tech, AAPL could Kill it, or Run it tomorrow, I was bearish on GOOG, RIMM crapped out, I'm mildly on the bearish side, SO!!! Oil is it for TODAY, and SKF, TWM, and FXP on the turn. I'm not sure how many shares I'll hold in the financial's by EOW. I'm looking great in WFC and GS, puts were getting cheap EOD, maybe cheaper sometime tomorrow for some Nov. and Dec jobbers.
Can't wait for the open, should be a busy day. The crowd will come, lol. I will sell often, and be long gone before a hedgie can crash the party.
GL
No doubt we will see some pull backs, and a reversal is bound to happen.
DIG and DUG about to REALLY heat up, and I would love a nice big gap up in the AM. Lots of good premium moves today in both.
Nope...not yet..that has not been figured in.
That math may change in a few days. If oil can move into the 80's and 90's then OPEC may back off on a larger cut but really ...who knows.
mb
Does it have anything to do with 87+ mil consumption vs 85 mil production? I was never good at math, but that one I can figure out.
Whose name is that? lol
BTW... we are going to manipulate crude oil by saying there is a glut of it... many millions of added inventory. We will do this last Thursday in full view of the public. We'll also say that there are millions of extra drums of gasoline in inventory. Again, this will be a public announcement.
Now hop into the time tunnel with me and revisit those PR's.
The oil decline is over. The funeral was last week and I'm sad to say...I missed it. .. sniff sniff. Oil bull coming.... I wonder why.
Manipulation? What market manipulation?
Who is doing it? I want names!
Didn't mean DIG reversal...market overall. We haven't seen the bottom yet, imo, although it may take a while to see new lows. This time next year I wouldn't be surprised to see DIG back at the highs...or making new ones. Hard to tell though with all the market manipulation going on.
Reversal? DIG may open at $40...
Boom time coming as oil creeps ahead. Fuel is coming in the back door.
DIG mania!
lol
DIG $38 Boomage was predicted last week.
Now the crowd has figured out what lies ahead for oil.
Bonus points coming for early birds who buy and hold.
mb
DIG is SWEET! Watch for turnaround Tuesday. Ideally we gap up in the morning and get a nice intraday reversal.
DJIA rally's at the close up 400 points, but SKF doesn't fall much, maybe the rally will continue into the open. I do think SKF has more to give.
DIG oh my, energy(and SOLAR!!!) on Fire.
Bonus points if oil hits $77 today.
CNBC about to choke on their cheap oil chatter.
I agree, Oil is on a terror run, DIG up 15%.
Oil is spoken as cheap now but CNBC will be wondering what occurred when oil hits $80 bbl.
DIG is a sweet ST play on rising oil prices.
They are all providing noise as oil rises into upper 70's. Wake up folks, oil goes up no matter what occurs to stem the rise.
mb
***Searching and buying tiny companies with an edge for future growth at low prices***
Another nice spike on the DJIA to 9050. Skimmed off the top of long shares, but didn't reload any SKF, I'd like some sub $130.
Oil getting hot, I got DIG and DUG, so I'll have to dance today. With Oil moving, the short side of AMR rocks :)
Financial sector still is struggling, but that only shocks a few.
Market is getting flat. Skimmed off the top, and think it's time for round 2, waiting for a push. My SKF average is now just over $131. POT turning into DUG,lol.
Still waiting for CNBC to throw us a bone today :)
Tech is also weak, that's my clue to switch sides, Bear time.
This week, Ultra SHORT ETF's will rise, I'm already switching gears.
Shhhhh.. DIG will become a cash funnel very soon.
For your eyes only!
Shhhhhh.
mb
I think SKF will get cheap in the coming days. UYG and DIG today might rock. I'm liking IPI, POT, DRYS, ABK, AAPL, lots of Solar, Oil and RIMM on the upside today.
I was waiting for $100 the other day and it came down to $105>>Did not jump and missed the burst>>Oh well, patience is key!
LOL, I didn't get a fill, still waiting for cheaper shares. 1 Hr and 16 min to go, will we rally? My wag less than 50% chance, fingers crossed we don't close flat, big swings are EASIER to play :)
Starting to see many HOD in Tech, Solar(STP still lagging), and Oil, Ultra shorts hitting LOD. UYG and DIG moving up as well(big smiley).
I sure like to see a nice rally EOD today, I'll smile all weekend. I think the Hedgie's decide for us,lol.
I got POT as well, smokin.
Put shopping.
:)
SKF under $100 hmmm that would be nice, Let me know when I'll buy some Puts! hehe!
SKF has nice moves, and UYG works going the other way. Financial swings are tapering off, we need more turbulence added, lol.
I'm still waiting for the EOD rally, it would be nice to lighten the load over the weekend, time to sell some UYG, ABK, DRYS, Tech, and Solar.
Smart move to trade lots of options, I get to freebies, and buy lots on the swings and repeat. I'd also like to see some SKF sub $100(maybe on a nice rally), and sub $90's in TWM.
SKF is a nice traders stock with good liquidity.
Rock on SKF.
I've been having alot of fun with this one! Averaged way down at the close yesterday on my calls and I like what I'm seeing so far!
Market swung the other way. Not a total capitulation, so I doubt we get a 900 point up day tomorrow. Maybe we will see sub $100's in the AM.
UYG and DIG are a Rocking.
My GOOG play didn't pan out, but I had some protection, and went long(Short term). AQAPL and RIMM move up with GOOG.
I'll look to refill some ultra short ETF's after this latest spike(and on a nice spike, buy more puts).
Sold all AMR, and still not time to cover in BA, NOC, and Banks. Got some POT, DRYS, and Solar for tomorrow.
GL
Up day, market stuck in the mud.
Something will shake out by EOD. Got some DIG and UYG for a spike.
I would like more AAPL at $85, and RIMM at $50 for a spike too.
I still have one block of SKF to sell this afternoon, $155 please :)
GL
DUG good LT but its high now...
DIG for ST play.
Oil to firm up a bit for a very short while. $73+
mb
Asian markets falling off a cliff. FXP should rip in the AM.
SKF, looks like I'll need to scale back in larger, unless news trumps anything(doubtful), just a day play, maybe we will bounce(I'm still guessing Friday). Pre-market was still thin on Wed., and we will see how it goes in the AM.
Oil is out-slideing tech, so DUG it is, and some calls for the flipside on death drops. TWM, another good mover. :)
Short everything else will probably pay. To hell with 2%ers, 6-10% ROCK.
GL.
Excellent but I hope it goes lower.
Insane is correct. I was in to light for this bump in SKF, a bit late to chase now(maybe some inter-day options tomorrow), but I don't think in this cycle it will go to $200(I have $200 calls). We usually have plenty of small moves to prep for a larger one.
I've been drawing some graphs with energy, and past trends, I'm lightly buying DIG, I think we can see $21's short term(I'm going to trade, not hold them), and even lower in the coming months. I will park some UYG and DIG in the Roth's, I do think they both will be multi-baggers in the longer term, and will scale into them on a good trend. If we can get $5's in UYG, 12+ bagger(my WAG) in 6 years, up to 8% holding in a Roth will ROCK. Volume in UYG was lighter today, not to bullish.
Slide came late in the day, I wouldn't be surprised to see a gap down. With enough slide in the AM, we might see a rally(I'd love to see it develop into a squeeze), but it will probably come on Fri, it's a coin toss now, and is very news driven. Gov bailout news won't do much anymore, market will have to find it's own flow now.
Prepping now to ride a trend.
I bought 50 shares of DIG today just to make me keep my eye on it. Looking for a gap down open tomorrow for a potential fade/reversal day.
Another insane market today!

This short ProShares ETF seeks a return that is -2x the return of its underlying benchmark (target) for a single day, as measured from one NAV calculation to the next. Due to the compounding of daily returns, holding periods of greater than one day can result in returns that are significantly different than the target return and ProShares' returns over periods other than one day will likely differ in amount and possibly direction from the target return for the same period. These effects may be more pronounced in funds with larger or inverse multiples and in funds with volatile benchmarks. Investors should monitor their holdings as frequently as daily. Investors should consult the prospectus for further details on the calculation of the returns and the risks associated with investing in this product.
