Can you give me an update on PSWR? Is everything still business as usual or is there a problem? I have not seen a trade for days and am concerned that there is no movement.
I dumped a bunch of money in this last time it had life and was waiting patiently for it to make a move again at some point.
Thanks, R
How come there has been no activity with this stock in a while? Has it gone bankrupt?
Good evening.
I'm sure it will do something and if it is soon, that's ok too.
I have no intention on selling for a long period of time as I see this company as a possible buy-out in the future. That's what I'm banking on... and of course that's just my opinion. Where the price is right now is within my parameters to buy and I intend on buying my final 300k of shares at these prices if someone will sell them.
This stock goes up and down by 30% on few shares traded due to shares being held... to me that is a good indication that folks are holding. The ones selling are just taking their losses and moving on. I would imagine that very few in this stock are in the green and most will sell lower than what they bought in for since they want to move on to bigger things.
This is a stock that I will buy and tuck away and not look at for a while.
Disclaimer: I am attempting to purchase a base of 1 million shares, only 278,000 more to go.
This will go soon!
Eventually I hope. If not, oh well, such is life. I have a few shares that I'm going to keep for a while. Shoot, I held ACTC for over two years and made profit... I don't see any problem holding this one also.
Have a great day
huge! this will eventually get notice by the market....
Good morning.
It looks like Prism Software Corp's program is being sold on Konica's web page...
If you look at the brochure, it is routed to Prism's sales dept. Looks like a partnership to me.

PSWR-Fair Value-Link
Maybe sticky my DD? CEO is David Ayres, EMAIL: dayres@prism-software.com PHONE: (949) 855-3100 O/S is 141 mil, float is 45 mil, insiders own 96 mil, or 66.6% (majority!)
1) Peerless, a NasDaq company tried to buy PSWR 2 years ago for 1.75 mil in cash and 1.5 mil in stock, plus incentives over 3 years for a total of 3.25 mil + incentives Link below:
http://www.peerless.com/press/PRLS-PRISM_Asset_Aquisition_PR-2-27-08f.pdf
2) Peerless notes that PSWR is in a 1 billion dollar industry as of 2008, with a growth rate of 25% per year meaning in 2010 it is about a 1.5 bil dollar industry!
3) Consider 3.25 mil + incentives offer in 2008 should be 5 mil offer + incentives in 2010 based on 25% growth
4) However, this offer was before PSWR started working with Konica Minolta, Canon, and now Oce. PSWR also works with Toshiba and Panasonic
5) Obviously, PSWR software is the industry leader in this segment, as they all use it.
6) PSWR licenses their software to these companies for their use in their printing/emailing/copying/faxing BIZHUB machines.
7) PSWR keeps revenue/earnings and info close to the vest because IMO, they do not care what the share price is, they are looking for a buyout, as was indicated in 2008. The buyout fell apart for undisclosed reasons, but I GUARANTEE it is because the PSWR CEO decided they were not getting the best offer yet
8) Rev for PSWR is estimated at 5-10 mil dollars here:
http://www.manta.com/company/mmg5v9s
9) Based on my DD PSWR should have earnings of 2-4 million dollars this year because of the high margins associated with leasing software (remember, they built this stuff years ago with a cost, and are just updating/sending out new versions now for crazy mulah!)
10) If we use 3 mil as an earning for 2010, you get 3/141= .021 EPS, use PE 30 for high growth/spec, get a PPS of .63 Even if you disagree and take half of what I say, this is a .25 cent stock, no brainer.
11) At .25 cents market cap is only about 33 mil, and at .63 cents market cap is about 90 mil, all very reasonable and an easy purchase for Canon or Toshiba or whoever because they are 50 billion dollar companies
12) Remember, PSWR does not give out a lot of info, they are likely waiting on a huge buyout offer, but it may come this year, next year, 5 years from now, who knows, so buy this stock to ride it up here, but hold some for the buyout because all signs point to that
13) Call and Email the CEO, I have, lets hear more!

Yeah she's smoking.
still on watchlist, just worried may be another year before we hear from company. The moment I get the sense that is not the case, I am back in. Have no doubt from the DD that this is indeed a real company.
Maybe next time you can get a better feel for the company before you tie up a crap load of money in something it sounds like you knew nothing about.
I'm positive on this stock because as I have posted over and over and over... to the point where I refuse to continue to post the same messages... That this company isn't a POS. It NEVER HAS pumped out PR's. They have great relationships with big industry names like Cannon, Xerox, Kodak, Oce (now Cannon) and on and on and on.
I picked up a phone and called the CEO to get an understanding of the corporate mindset. They simply let the company who decides to offer their products the opportunity to PR the news. NOT THEM. The reason is that they have so many they don't wanna show favoritism or promote other competitive companies just because they sign on with PRISM... it's their corp decision.
That being said... once again. 80% of the stock is held by insiders and the Trust that funded the company. Go back on the www.sec.gov site and look at the older corp filings... it's all in there.
With a float sooooo thin... this thing moves like crazy. Both up and down.
But I personally hope that Cannon or one of their corp partners will make an offer to buy them out. PRISM had a buyout offer on the table last year and withdrew it... SOOO... Now that Cannon bought OCE, maybe Cannon will put in an offer for PRISM.
We'll see.... But I like it.
There are a couple of extremely positive folks on this board that continue to push this stock for sure. And for a company that is ABSOLUTELY secretive about their dealings.
Is something suspicious going on here
Im not saying it is but it sure looks suspicious that we have a couple of people on this forum boosting the potential for this stock. It almost seems that they are hoping to get some inexperienced folks to buy in so these folks can sell their shares. I hope there are no games playing out here because I have alot of money tied up in this POS and if it fails Im gonna wonder...
A day of excitement and then quietness again.
This is a fantastic company and I have 116,000 shares at .0311 and I wont EVER be selling just because I know from working at Oce that this company is legit and isnt going anywhere. The problem, like what people are assuming, is that as good as the company is, not many people are knowledgable about this stock. Regardless I made a decision to get in and I won't be leaving ever. Hopefully it will rise but I just put a sell order in at .05 and won't watch it and concentrate on other parts of my life. When that sell order expires (or gets filled, doubtfully in the near future) I will just redo it and hope.
The market is not somewhere to stake everything that you have worked for but rather a place to crapshoot every so often. I no longer invest unless I can afford to leave the money alone "forever" and it wont bother me much if it drops. It took a lot of hits to make me feel that way and I had over extended myself for tens of thousands of dollars once and was using the money that I could have used to get out of debt for stock trading and kept making wrong calls. I needed to get myself financially stable to the point where I can do that without worry.
Best of luck to everyone and hopefully this stock will turn around one day. See you then!
It is our PRISM... here is the link to Medical Records application

Yeah I am tempted to buy a ton of it at this price. This one really could go way up because it is so thin. I would be happy with a dime and I think it could be worth more one day because of such low shares outstanding. What you think?
To whoever cares: It doesn't matter about the volume. I have seen billions of shares on some stocks traded with no movement. Then you get one like this that is sleeping and as soon as something starts happening, it takes off because it is so thin.
It is all a lottery with these pinks and no real logic to pps. I was sitting on one one for 2 months and then today it went up 500% for a while. I had a sell order in on it and tripled my money but could have held on and rode it out and made more but you never know.
On the flip side, I held one the other day that doubled to 20k and I thought it was going to go much higher so didn't sell. So of course, it dropped all the way back down! HA. Climbing back up though because it has a lot going for it.
Go PSWR!!!!
good vol today and its thin... little more and it takes off....
I do think this is a sleeper that could come to life in a big way. We saw what it did a couple months ago. I just got in too late but still think it could get bought out or get some huge contracts. Who knows but I am going to go ahead and average down today with a few hundred thousand more shares. Let me know if you see anything brewing and I will keep an eye on it.
Aegis Health Group releases PRISM software to help hospital leaders improve physician relationships
16. March 2010 00:30
http://www.news-medical.net/news/20100316/Aegis-Health-Group-releases-PRISM-software-to-help-hospital-leaders-improve-physician-relationships.aspx
Aegis Health Group, the nation's leading healthcare business development company, announces new software to help hospital leaders improve physician relationships, track referral patterns, better manage physician issues, and gain market intelligence. PRISM™, Aegis' proprietary physician relationship management software, is a browser-based database and contact-management program that can be customized to fit the unique needs of each hospital.
PRISM features a unique user-friendly interface that allows physicians or medical office managers to self-report issues using a password-protected link embedded in the hospital's Web site or provided through a standalone link. Hospital leadership can easily track physician issues that require follow-up and resolution and provide ongoing communication with the medical staff.
"As financial pressures mount—for physicians and hospitals—it is more critical than ever that hospitals identify ways to enhance their physician relationships to determine whether they are providing maximum value and solidifying hospital-physician connections and, in turn, identifying barriers to access and increased utilization to drive change in physicians' referral patterns, resulting in additional revenue to the hospital," said Henry Ross, CEO of Aegis Health Group. "The right physician relationship management software allows hospital leaders to be strategic, organized and consistent in their efforts, which ultimately saves time, money and frustration."
PRISM is available as a standalone product. The physician and office manager issues portal can be customized and integrated into a hospital's existing Web site. Aegis also offers a complete Physician Relationship Management program, which includes a physician relationship specialist who works within the hospital to strategically and accountably enhance medical staff relationships.
Aegis is hosting a complimentary hour-long Webinar to help hospitals grow their physician relationship management programs. Participants may pre-register for the April 21 Webinar, "Managing Physician Issues: Increase Alignment, Decrease Barriers," by visiting http://www.aegisgroup.com/webinar.

They don't put out PRs and they are non-reporting. No wonder the PPS is .006.
They don't put out prs of any kind. That was the word from the ceo.
Well, why wouldn't the company PR something like this??
I don't believe this is the PRISM you think it is.
Go to the googlefinance.com homepage and type in PSWR. Just google it for crying out loud! Here is the link.
