I have had to call customer service a couple of times and it was an awesome experience. Spoke English (better than me), no wait, answered my questions/fixed the problem.....
I could not be any happier with the two phones I have gotten from PrepaYd!!!!
no idea. There won't be much volume until the company releases financials so I'm not expecting much until then. Bobwins
Any idea of who has the 1 million+ share block for sale at .06 the last few days?
One of the insiders?
I doubt it because they didn't announce seeking the money.
In terms of financials, I asked when they would be caught up and the goal is to produce 2011 audited financials and Q1 2012 so we should see them in the April/May timeframe. Q4 should show increased revs from the new debit card accts and Q1 should show the startup of the wireless segment.
There is a natural increase in Q1 to the debit card business. Many of their clients use their withholding as a savings acct and get big tax refund checks. They immediately deposit those checks and then spend the money. This creates fees for PrepaYd and should create some good upside for Q1.
Good deal. Will they announce it when completed? Any time table on getting financials posted? tia
Yes, he said they were almost done, 40 units at $25K each.
Is the fundraising through a PP?
Talked with PrepaYd. They are excited about potential of both the kiosk and the new agreement with Emida.
My contact said that the Emida deal is very important to PrepaYd because it gives them access to small businesses with multiple retail storefronts. Reported that he is very busy on the phones responding to businesses that are part of the Emida network.
He said to think about a small business being able to display a bank of phones for sale with unlimited minutes and text for $30. Imagine what would happen if a retail store calls up Sprint and wants to sell such a plan in their store. PrepaYd gives them access to excellent rate plans and good prices on phones that allow them to compete with Best Buy or Costco.
Obviously PrepaYd is giving up margin on both the phones and the rate plans to the retailer but is getting thousands of small business salesmen for their prepaid phone and card products.
PrepaYd is in the midst of a fundraising for $1million. The purpose is to buy more phone inventory, as several models are sold out. That is one of the issues with high growth. There is a constant and growing need for capital. We'll see how PrepaYd handles the growth after we get to see the financials.

Thanks for that nice chart.
From my Schwab trading window, there was a bid of .044 X .05 with no trades for the day.(lol)
I just checked TD Ameritrade, and no activity there either.
I will have to wait till activity shows up in one of these accounts.
Thanks,
Manny
Thanks,
I put it on news watch.

It is a pinksheet stock and doesn't trade much. I participated in a PP so that's how I know about the stock. I posted about the stock but warn new buyers not to expect too much right away. They are building their prepaid card base as well as the wireless customer base. They have something like 40,000 prepaid cardholders and probably still only have hundreds of wireless customers. Just started selling phones/plans last month.
Company supposed to get financials up to date and uplist this year. Until we see the financials, I don't anticipate an increase in volume and until we see financials hard to judge their current financial situation and prospects.
I like the prepaid debit card field because I think it has huge upside but these guys don't have market share yet. Lots of shares issued, mostly to the founder/CEO but not much in the float. I think there are something like 600million shares out. Not sure why he did it that way but it's his company.

I can't find any chart of this stock.
My Schwab trading platform doesn't show any trades.
What's going on?
TIA,
Manny
Talked with IR and they think this is huge. This will allow PrepaYd to gain a national footprint. I am assuming from the info here that Emira has a distribution network that consists of a lot of mini mart type businesses as well as ethnic grocery stores in neighborhoods with high ethnic populations.
This agreement will allow PrepaYd to display both their prepaid debit cards as well as the wireless products. Won't happen overnight but will provide PrepaYd with the opportunity to get into a lot of businesses without doing the marketing themselves.
Should be a good fit. When I signed up for my cell phone, the rep said that most of the buying was coming from the East Coast. Apparently the plan prices were very competitive in certain markets. I notice from the wireless website that some phones are sold out. PrepaYd is doing another PP right now to raise funds for more phone inventory. Also the phones now come with only PrepaYd's name on the phone instead of the manufacturer and the PrepaYd logo appears when you turn the phone on.
I was told that financials are coming along and the company still intends to uplist to otc this year. Hopefully more news and financials will increase trading volume and interest in the stock.
I really like the idea of expanding the wireless thru these mall kiosks. They are cheap and put the basics in front of the target audience. If they can build a modular retail cart that can be easily shipped across the country and can effectively market a franchise model, this could be a great way to increase market share.
CEO Bruce Berman is a marketing guy and has lots of background in both marketing the products but also in helping people start their own businesses.
Both prepaid debit cards and wireless phones are commodity items. PrePayd doesn't have any exclusive features. They are products that just have to be cost effectively marketed to gain the customers. Once they get the customer, they can change the products but the important link is to get the monthly payment from the customer for the service.
This kiosk idea is an excellent way to get the products in front of the consumers. The prepaid cards can be sold along with the phones. Perfect cross selling opportunity.

PrepaYd Wireless Opens its First Retail “Express” Location in Westminster California & Unveils Exciting New Low Entry Cos...
Prepayd (PN) (USOTC:PPDC)
Today : Thursday 19 January 2012
PrepaYd Wireless, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of PrepaYd, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PPDC), a Nationwide Wireless Service Provider, opened its first retail location January 7th 2012 in the Westminster Mall located in Westminster, CA. The company offers Nationwide Wireless Coverage with no contract and has a free phone offer for new subscribers. The company has three Unlimited plans which include all sales and usage taxes. Unlimited Talk and Text for only $35 a month, Unlimited Talk, Text and 3G Data for only $40 a month and Unlimited Talk, Text, 3G Data, GPS and Picture Messaging for only $45 a month.
The company is testing retail distribution with what it calls an “Express” location, which is a standalone, custom built 35 square feet Retail Cart. The company’s custom designed Express Cart has a shelf of 8 demonstration phones and a locked glass display case which prominently displays another 100 phones. Sales Agents at the Express location can top up, sell, activate and even port customers’ existing phone numbers from the Express location’s point of sale terminal, allowing customers to walk away in minutes with a free and functional wireless phone.
The company believes its Express locations are ideal for wireless retail owners. PrepaYd Wireless Express locations can be opened up for a fraction of the cost compared to that of a retail store front location, and garnering as much, if not more, foot traffic. The company's Express location at Westminster Mall is strategically located in the flow of foot traffic. With the Express location’s signage and display, consumers see the company’s entire product line and offering, in just a few seconds whether they intended to or not.
“PrepaYd Wireless is very excited about its Express location deployment. Before founding what is now PrepaYd Inc. I spent over 15 years of my career helping people start, fund and run their own business, authored a book on the topic and sold millions of CD’s regarding starting home based businesses opportunities. I believe PrepaYd Wireless 'Express' locations have the potential to be America’s next phenomenal low entry cost business opportunity for people that want to own and operate their own business,” stated Bruce A. Berman Chairman of PrepaYd Wireless and PrepaYd, Inc.
The company at this time is not offering “Express” locations to the general public and is in the live testing and further developmental stage. It is undetermined at this time if and when the company will authorize dealerships and/or move forward with more company owned “Express” locations.
