large shareholder and PRED board member Orin Hatch as passed away. RIP. gotta feel bad for the guy as he was bamboozled just as Jerry Kramer was. Actually, hes a politician, he wasnt bamboozled, he was just a greedy sellout. PRED, the scam. Bagholders hopefully don't hold until they pass away such as Mr. Hatch did.

Been almost 2 years since I've been back here.

Trials thru fire...made me a much better trader/investor since that 4/22/20 infamous day.

Been an incredibly hard, but since that day....best 2 years trading of my life....opportunities elsewhere since then were beyond incredible.

Sorry for all who were taken for a ride here...lesson was defintiely learned and noted....i could say a whole lot more, but I leave it at that...

I bot PRED at .013 and was going to flip it at .02 for a massive percentage gain. Does anyone know how i can sell this thing? PRED is untradeable because the broker told me its a scam. i told him no its not its a real company and they have biologicel offices in Utah. He said no, its a scam and i cant do anything. he actually said to look back at 3000 posts on PRED boards from this guy called reverselong that has a podcast and warned everybody about PRED for 3 years.

You're raising a completely separate point which is also very valid. I doubt highly they were targeted by big pharma, it just doesn't make any logical sense at all.

Your example is another indictment against management and points to either arrogance or idiocy, the latter being more likely imo. But probably both.

Some will argue that pred did go to the fda and that they were denied, but I'm not sure of the process and what's involved and who really knows, they're fda applications and proposals could've been nothing more than smoke screens.

Bottom line, the company is horrible, run by horrible management, and they screwed everyone who put any faith into them.

This was not a large Pharma attack story, because Pred never had anything that threatened them.

The FDA made it clear that PRED and the other players in the stem cell field were developing drugs and they were all given a couple of years to go to the FDA and work out what they needed to do to get approved.

If Pred had done that then maybe they were a target.

Other stem cell players did that. Longeveron. And we are seeing many moving that technology forward.

The question is why Pred management or board never go the the FDA like many others and get buy in for an approval?

That seems like what killed them.

Unless they really had nothing.
